Hotel King Palace-Near Jal Mahal

The hotel is nice. The rooms are good for the price and the noise mentioned in other posts is really not that bad.
The people working there are great, they are really nice and caring. When we got food poising from a restaurant they were looking after us the whole time we were sick by making tea, checking on us and they even brought us to the hospital and helped us get medication. This is an extraordinary example for hospitality.

At the picture and in front - looks soooo nice - don't be naive. Inside - rooms with window covered cuz outside there is a view on repaired wall,so it is dark all the time. AC old and molded -better not use it. Bathroom with dirty grout. rooms are so molded that after that in next hotel we had to laundry all our clothes. But the most important that at the last day we decided to eat dinner at the restaurant - lady from the front desk sugested us to take some vegie dish before 12 h of train journey - we've got FOOD POISON from this!! And cuz of we almost ended in HOSPITAL. So please be carefull and don't choose this hotel!!

Today we are checking out this hotel. Very worst experience , beds are broken, bedsheets are durty, bathroom tiles are broken. Washroom tap is not working and no exhaust fan in bathroom. Window cloths are not fixed properly, not moving for light. Broken beds and matresses are in the lobby & infront of rooms. How one can adjust.... Hotel officials should think on it but saying 'waiting for complaints from coustemers'..... Food is good but no varieties in foods and breakfast....... no.... never recommendable.

Rooms were dirty over all- linens were not clean / fresh , cot nd bed were really old and kind of broken. floors were sticky.

Only reception area is looking bit decent.

Food was ok, but for a sprite can of MRP: 40/- they charged 100/-.

On checkout day, due to some travel plan changes we asked for extension of time and they told till evening 2500/- we checked out at 1 pm, but they charged the full amount.

Not recommended..

Very nice place to stay enjoy good location as well rooms are good staffs are quite cool 😊 I just love my stay ...and I would love to extend my stay but no chance I have to say goodbye 🫂 😊😊😊

Never ever go to this hotel.Going to this hotel was the biggest disappointment of our Jaipur visit.We ordered a queen bed with 2 single beds and they forgot the single beds.Didn’t even give the room we asked for.None of the locks worked for the room or bathroom.The bedsheets stink like hell and are extremely cold.We tried plugging our iPhone adapter and the adapter got burnt.The bathroom had a sticky wet floor. The hot water takes 10 minutes to switch on and shower was barely flowing.The breakfast option were only poha and bread.The poha was uncooked and bread was stale.After seeing this wonder ,instead of staying 2 nights like we planned , we immediately checked out as soon as possible.

From outside the hotels look good but the rooms are not that apt. Iust say 3star hotel with nothing to expect much. There was hardly any room service. Food menu was same for buffet lunch and dinner.. Overall, okok place.

The Room is comfortable with cupboards, safe and a TV. Air con or fan available. Hot shower and western toilet. My room did not have a shower cubicle, but other rooms did, which makes it a pleasant experience from having a wet room .
