KK Royal Hotel & Convention Centre

Loved the service and food. Staff members are highly trained and courteous. Good price for package including breakfast, separate ordering was a little bit expensive though.
The hotel itself occupies massive space with good sized rooms, lawns and a swimming pool. You can see the plateaus and all the greenery, Fort walls especially Amer fort right from the Window. Room rent was also nominal, considering the service and location. Since it is in the outer side of the city, online food ordering via apps takes a lot of time for delivery. Plus point is it skips all the city traffic if going towards Amer or Nahargarh fort.
You have a wine shop just next to the hotel gate, which closes at 8:30pm, so no problem till then 😉.

Great hotel with great service and super friendly staff.
Was a bit of a distance from the city centre.
Facilities at the Hotel were good and the food was delicious.
The views of the fort walls from the hotel was magnificent.
There is a great shop with crafts and fabrics just off reception.
Some people had some pyjamas custom made over night and we're very happy with them.

Looks like they write the reviews themselves. It's not worth even 3 stars besides the square footage. Pathetic service, pathetic food, no taste no variety. Staff tossing duty on each other, taking half hour to deliver food, an hour for room cleaning to arrive. The worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Came here in September 2021 and I wish I had chosen a better time.
The entire hotel was buzzing with politicians and their crowd. The kind of environment created by those politicians ruined the entire stay.
The hotel itself is very nice. When requested for a different room, they said they were full, but when i had to make some calls, they had multiple rooms to offer. Food was great and location is nice.

Only one thing is that give some facilities to drivers also.

Hotel is full of great amenities. However, I didn't find the staff that much supportive and happy to serve. You can visit here if you are out of jaipur City as it covers the nearby tourist places.

Very nice hotel with reasonable service, the location is perfect and quiet. Very close to the Forts in Agra.
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a larger room as there was some construction going on.. good for us as the room was a superior unit with a big lounge and all the bells and whistles.
The Food was really good too.

This is a really bad and pathetic place for walk-in individual guests! I don't know how good this place is for meetings, conventions, marriages and other events but I did not have a good stay on the night on 19th Dec 2022. Rooms were dirty and not swept/mopped, the lights went off in our room and 4 calls to various persons and no one bothering to respond. Windows had gaps in them so cold air coming into the room, repair/renovation going on and much noide of drilling, hammering, stone polishing etc., below average quality of overall rooms and bed linens. Nothing was nice and their occupancy being low the place looked like a graveyard!

All in all, if you are an individual guest and not part of an event taking place here, please avoid staying at this place!
