Good hotel. Nice staff. Easily accessible from Bus Stand and Railway Station. The hotel doesn't have restaurant, so no dining facility. Hotel has less occupancy resulted in foul smell in rooms as windows are permanently closed/fixed.

overall pleasant stay in the hotel, neat & clean, staff behaviour was awesome especially Mr. Balwant - front office manager. location is great. I would recommend this to my friend and family bathroom size

Experiance was so Poor to me and the Hotel staff at reception attitude has to change .
1. Didnt get wifi at 2nd floor . 2. Lift from 2nd floor was not working 3. First day in my Room bathroom heater was not working . 4. One bread omlet cost me Rs.70 (too costly) .
These all are the Bad points, which i had faced at this Hotel. This might not repeat also . providing maximum comfort to the patrons is basic responsibility of every hotel. If you are failing to that , means . Its High time to think and revamp.
Hope the review would taken at its best spirit to keep up the standard of the Hotel . as its 2020 . people's expectation are changing & be the best to sustain . Good luck.

Hotel quality is nice...you can definitely buy room in this hotel... inverter or generator support is not fully functional...

Room & services are good. Little costly but manageable. Complimentary breakfast should be included in room cost.Only drawback is near bus stand & railway station so there is so much noise in room even in night when sleeping but hotel options are limited.

Good stay and hospitality was apex, rooms maintained at their best and the behavior of hotel employees towards the guest was good and prompt. Hence it's recommended to give a chance when ever anyone passes by baran.

I visited Baran in November 2019 and stayed at Surya Hotel for 2 nights. We were two girls and it was an overall lovely experience staying at Surya Hotel. This is the best place to stay at Baran. Special thanks to Mr. Balwant and the owners for their wonderful service and hospitality. They ensured that we have a wonderful experience and took care of everything from cleaning the rooms, to food, also, they helped us in the planning of visiting the tourist spots in the district.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Baran.
