The location and rooms were great slightly disappointed with the service

I stayed here for two nights. Here is my review :
Food - 5/5
Room - 4/5
Hosekeeping - 0/5 (Asked to clean the room thrice but it was still not cleaned, after we came back in evening it was still the same) for house keeping you always have to call twice or thrice.

Overall happy with stay apart from house keeping.

It's very beautiful hotel comes under my budget. Nice bar with competitive rates. Staff are very helpful and they provide all amanities in the room. Perfect hotel for stay.

5 star only for the Location.
4 star for service.
3 star for room.

The room has all the necessary items but there are a couple of issues.

1. The bathroom had a glass wall and that is weird if you are not a couple. Although there was a curtain but still you should have rooms with normal seperation
2. Water issues. When we stay there sometimes there will be no water in the tap sometimes only cold water sometimes only hot water. This was really annoying.

Please improve on point 2 thats must.

Never opt for this hotel, very first experience the staff are rude when you enter, we booked 2 rooms for 3 days with my elderly parents there was no warm water in either of the room we had to call multiple times for it and wait for almost 4 hours for it. The room was not clean. The next day we had to call them twice for room cleaning, and we had to wait too long to receive the order from the restaurant. The phone in one of the rooms was not working and when we told them we were informed there is some problem in the line and it can't be fixed and we faced problem while facing the order from that room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We checked in at 11:00PM in the night with an infant. Had to request 4-5 times to get plates and bowls. They bluntly denied our ask earlier citing restaurant is closed and staffs have slept. We again requested them mentioning we have an infant and need those plates to have dinner. Also, rooms have foul smell. Bathroom smells like a smoking zone.

Later realised other guests that night also facing the same issue.

1. Service is so poor , All basic need things missing every time i have to call and ask for coffee pouches and sugar, toilet papers

2. Room mat - Room mate was missing, After 08 calls i they had provided , mini towel as Room mat.

3. Floor is so sleepery. My son slips approx 6 times in three night stay.

4. There is Drain View from this hotel, asked for change the room but incorporative staff.

5. Asked for Hair dryer, called 14 times.

6. Vegetarian Food is so poor.

Worst experience i every had in my all domestic and international tour.

I stayed 3 nightshere. I got a room in first floor, reception phone when it rings, it feels as if phone is ringing in my room so very disturbing. The music that is played in the alleyway can also be heard in the room. Overall room is not quiet. Staff was good, polite but receptionist doesn't look welcoming.(better if they receive customer with a smile, the first impression)
Room cleaning is done daily. Overall recommended hotel to stay. Location is also good, around 2-3kms near to most of the attractions and good restaurants.
