Hotel Shree Narayana

The Hotel Narayana is totally a fraud hotel which runs by Aeraki groups of hotels in Udaipur. When you will be on vacation and pays the full amount in advance despite they will cancel your booking to cater other booking who pays in full. This hotel doesnt worth even Rs 1000 per night and the type of GM and staff they have are totally worthless. In any case you book this hotel please reconfirm almost 15 times before the check-in else you will get bitter suprise upon check in . DO NOT TRUST AERAKI GROUP OF ANY HOTELS

Never ever book this specially from fabhotel they took the booking amount frm us and didn't when I visited for check in they denied our booking booking saying tat mistake frm fabhotel and till date they r not giving my refund also on time and everyday they r saying initiated refund xyxz also the hotel manager said they cn provide us few rooms in extra charge which was more thn double it was the worst experience so highly not recommended

Overall experience was good. Staff were courteous, supportive and attentive. However it seemed that room was handed over to us without proper checking and maintenance since, mirror light was not working, landline was not working, water tap problem in bathroom means water was coming in shower tap only and knob for transferring water from shower tap to bottom tap was damaged and we told them to get repaired in 12 hours since we left hotel in morning but same condition was there in evening, dustbin were damaged and leftover of shampoo packs were there in bathroom of previous customer and was not cleaned. Hotel staff were saying to change the room but we denied due to more luggage. However it is responsibility of hotel staff to handover room with proper maintenance. Food was excellent.

1.Hotel Narayana has a good ambience with 4Star amenities in the room.
2.Beds are so comfortable, which we are looking for.
3.Food is good in quality as well .
4. Centrally located Near Bus stand (walking distance) and 1km from Udaipur Railway station.


it's in a central place , so it's to roam around the city

Location is good rooms are fabulous. Staff is friendly and helpful.. In future Whenever will come to Udaipur from Delhi will stay in same hotel..
10/10 number from my side for staff corporation..

The rooms weren't clean with half of the things either missing or not working. They took around 90 minutes to serve the pre-booked dinner and still the rice was way undercooked. Few of the staff members were cooperative but most of them didn't know how they should be treating their guests. Just pathetic service. I do not recommend them at all.

It was nice to stay, room as well as the whole property was clean and hygienic but the room was congested, a little space for movement within the room.
The room in which I stayed is good for a single person.

If you r visiting Udaipur it is one of the best place to stay.
Staff is very good and polite service is also very good.
But hotel manager behaviour i don't like. But over all it is a good property.
