Awsome Room Service. Very well Trained staff.

Solves All types of problems. Never had any difficulty in selecting the rooms and also rooms were neat and clean.

One must visit the hotel if u r in Ajmer for awsome roof top restraunt.

I stayed for 2 days rooms are dirty even the wooden flooring room also. Lights are very bad. Intercom doesn't work. Cleanliness in Bathroom also is not upto mark. I booked for food for two days for 3 times a day. Food is tasty, But there is buffet system only 400 rs per person they provide like meal coupon and Dey charge if it cross. Renovation work should have to be done. Bed sheets are dirty. Kettle for boiling water looks very dirty. For complimentary also they won't provide Water bottles it is chargeable. Basic aminetis also they say only one. Really Horrible and terrific.

Very dirty room. Like water coming out of all the sides of wall. There is trouble in the name of breakfast. I had booked two rooms for my family, making a big mistake by trusting the hotel manager.

Service is very slow also Breakfast not received timely once order done wait next 15 to 20 minutes both day suffer from hotel service some time in bathroom water issue we ask to hotel they will reply sir wait issue resolve next 15 to 20 min but issue not resolve check out time not proper we wait for room check in approxe time 2 to 3 hour then hotel provide room service experience is very bad and we are not recommend to any person for this hotel. Hotel Service is very slow once order done for breakfast wait 15 to 20 minutes every order and only 1 person serve the order not recived timely any service.

This is the worst hotel we have ever lived in. 1. very bad rooms, even the deluxe rooms were so dirty, the blanket on the bed was bad the floor was bad and the entire room is dirty . some of the support staff themselves didn't talk positively about the room.2. no wifi in the room - unlike what is mentioned, there is no wifi in the room and as a result I had to miss important meetings 3. we had booked the hotel for 5 days, but checked out in 30 mins. inspite of checking out in 30 min, they did not refund any money. we requested them to return for 4 days. 

Nice and comfortable hotel to stay, Rooftop is also very beautiful, Stayed only for a night, but can come again for a night stay.

We stayed here for a night , the rooms and the hotel were very smelly and quite dirty .only the reception looks good . Food was okay okay . Don’t take this hotel unless you don’t have another option left .

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
