Heiwa Heaven - Luxury Destination Wedding Resort

I was referred this place by one of my relative so I booked my stay there.
Few good things about the hotel:
* The hotel area is very well vast a suitable pick for the person who want to book it for wedding and function booking
* Rooms of this hotel is really nice and clean.
* The food here is ok ok
* A suitable place of stay for the person who are seeking peace and rest from daily city rumble
* The staff here is so humble and polite

The things which I feel was not suitable:
* As I stated the hotel area is vast, one of the major disadvantage I feel about this hotel is this hotel has electric golf car in the premise, yet they are not providing them for the travellers stayed here for a show around, which I feel a negative for the kind of hotel you built.
* This hotel is located very far from the city, for a guess this hotel is approximately 15-20 km from railway station and bus station, while travelling toward the resort it feels like a never ending journey.
* As it is situated to a distant location from the city somewhere near the woods, there are lot of wild animal presence there, I too spotted a leopard near the resort on my way to there in night, and there are not such crowd lives there so most of the area is empty.

We did a booking 15 days in advance. After travelling for 800 kms, we were informed upon our arrival at the resort that they are undergoing maintenance and cannot accommodate us. No offers were alternative arrangements were made. Just an offer for refund. No prior intimation was given. This is completely unprofessional on part of the resort. We had to depart only on the promise that our money would be refunded in ‘some’ days. We got our money back only after 8 days after multiple follow ups. I would not recommend this resort to anyone because on their unprofessional and casual behaviour.

It's a beautiful place on the outskirts of Jaipur.
Huge property, huge gardens, indoor games.. outdoor adventurous games
The buffet food was also better than expected..
Staff is very polite and courteous.. best service.. food is scrumptious.. Bharat sir, manager is also very nice and cooprative.. place worth to go.. with family and friends..

I personally love this place it also have variety of events like rope climbing ps4 xbox pool etcetera along with atvs to drive with proper location along with this there are 2 pool .
Hut are quite decent but rooms are good. Events management is good but they dont have enough chair to enjoy food outside in the lawn.

So, here I am giving this 5 star only for Mr. Narender sharma, F&B manager. His behaviour is very good and he is very polite to the customers.
But on the other hand the housekeeping service is very poor very very disappointed staff is not cooperating with the guest, too bad experience in that resort, food quality is very poor third class, seems like that they were doing the formality only.......... Not to go in future

Very Very Disgusting Experience I ever had in my life. It's just a Naam Bade and Darshan Chote type Property.
Firstly After checking in If I talk about getting me towels it took 5 calls for me and 1 hour to deliver to my room .
Then also cleanliness is a matter of concern . Food quality is not good though.
The Major issue was When I had to wait almost 75 - 80 Mins for me to get a Glass of Hot Milk for My 3 Year Baby calling restaurant again and again and then it God delivered. 10 o clock i called the hotel staff . 11.20 Approx it was sent to my room . I was keep telling kid to wait and wait . Very very disappointing Experience I had . i never Give reviews about the property but I am writing today to aware about the property that it was Money Waist Time Waist Energy Waist type of experience for our Family .

and Yes At time of Check out the people at the recent were asking for double the charges on the Bill from Restaurant .
Thanks to the Manager that come there after 20 mins and handle the situation .
Anyways they need a Good experience staff and Serious Management Team or the property will Go in a Vain for sure .

We went there for our son’s birthday celebration. We liked the place and all the amenities there. We also liked the food and snacks there. We would like to go again in near future. Mr. Kamal helped me booking the day out and shared all the related details needed. Mr. Rajdeep helped us arranging for the celebration and taken all necessary steps to ensure we get what is needed.

One thing, I would like to improve is to have handwash in the washrooms than soaps.
