Wrost experience... First, on app the price is low nd customers like me book the room nd pay before check-in, but staff says that we can't give room at this price... Nd ask for extra money like rs 900 is direct charge of room nd we pays 400-500 so they ask 400-500 extra nd also says that you couldn't complaint about this. Second, the receptionist is very rood n uncooperative. Third, my last experience in may 2021 the rooms as shows on app like images with accessories is not same, there is mentioned about AC nd other facilities but they online provide slow or not properly working fan.
Why we trust on oyo, if this type of incident happens.
In last the refund is not provided by competent authority after complaint nd cancellation.

Average Hotel with an Average size room. Good for a few hours transit. location was very convenient and had a lift too so room on the 3rd floor was not too hard to approach. The linen needs to be a bit more clean and crisp. Rest all average and Ok. Not for regular leisure travelers for sure All ok and average except the quality of the linen and towels. Room was small but good for a few hours transit

At the night when i had no idea to stay and i was tragedy with me and my buddy the hotel Kiran palace adjust with us with very good behaviour we are very thankful to you for your pretty good services your staff was too good at all and the rooms and facilities of the hotel also ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ it is form my personal experience i suggest with kind behaviour you will be here never you will feel bad at all excellent 👍👍👌👌👌
