Hotel location is good,near by railway station,rooms are neat and clean,staff is good,room service is too good,they behave like family and we stay like our home in hotel.friendly behaviour of staff, services best at this price in Jaipur.

Most wonderful thing the staff is super cooperative.
Have in house restaurant and proximity to railway station and other transportation such as rickshaws and Jaipur Darshan

The hotel is situated in a prominent place of the city.Room was decent, the washroom was very neat and clean they changed the bedsheet everyday.Staff service was good.There were no subscribed channels in TV.Overall it was a good experience.

Staff: Behavior of staff is very rude.They have kids for room service and bad manners boys as staff members.

Owner is very Rude and lier. He is taking extra charges while checkout.

Rooms: I have booked family room and the room size is really really small and with now windows for fresh air. You will found its difficult to get the fresh air.

Suggestions: Don't follow the fake good reviews blindly and there are better hotels and available. Don't take any Cab from this hotel staff for shopping purpose. They take you to the shop where they get a commission.

At 12 midnight, front desk staffs were ringing door bells/making phone calls to say some lame stories and excuses. They were asking us to come reception at 12 midnight to check on room reservations. When on asked about this in next day morning, they dint bother to feel sorry and instead they said that nobody is going to do anything. So totally it was a disastrous stay.

Very unprofessional staff behaviour, almost behaved like "Gunda" forcing you to pay extra money, avoid going to this hotel you will definitely end up losing money.
Stay not worth at all. I wish there is less than 1 star or negative option.

With all due respect (owner) you were not there neither your staff agreed to connect us with you so you are Rude basically.

For you kind information we stayed for 32 hrs (whereas your manager charged for 48 hrs) even after agreeing at time of check in that we will not be charged for that and then misbehaved over call.

I'll still suggest anyone to definitely look for some other options where staff believes in customer support.

I stayed in room for three nights there was very calm and awesome stay quality of room is good cleaning of the room was good restaurant service is very good. Food is very tasty staff was very cooperative.
Nice stay for family.Walking distance from railway station.Thanks for the service.
