This hotel rooms are very dirty. Unprofessional staff, very rude. They charge GST but dont have valid GST no. Air conditioning is very poor. Toilets are in worst conditions. There's always a foul smell coming from bed and room.

This hotel is horrible. There are no FACILITIES like wifi,hot water,TV. All the facilities mentioned in description are false.. AC is not working properly .. rooms are so dirty..washroom are not clean .. they charge GST without giving GST bill. Managers and staff are very rude.No professionalism at all.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night 2day..in a nutshell the experience was worst..what i experienced those are -
1. All the staffs were very rude behavior even the hotel Manger, receptionist.
2. The rooms are dirty, and unhygienic.
3. The service of the room is nothing.they denied to provide even the essential things. Soap, shampoo ,hot water for drinking, towel, dustbin in the bathroom etc...
4. The way they talk to a customer is really needed a proper training.
5. The lock of the room also not working..unsafe
What I think the hotel staffs members should be more polite, patience with the customers.. and should accept their fault instead of arguing. I stayed only one night but I wish not to spend another night in future...
