Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean with ancient look and with all amenities you may need.
The Hotel is situated in inside the fort and beautiful vew of the City from balcony of the room.

Free WiFi works perfectly.

The staff is very polite, offered a great dinner suggestion.

I had a massage before departure. It was also good and reasonably priced.

The hotel is located very close to the Jaisalmer Fort and Laxmi nathji temple approximately 2 min.

I would recommend this hotel for both buisness or pleasure trips.

Victoria is an absolutely authentic fort living experience, we can only imagine how difficult it must be to maintain the fort walls and interiors, still they have maintained it well and lets you enjoy the authentic living which is the real essence of being in Rajasthan. Humble staff, home like food and above all great view, you can see complete jaisalmer from your window. Mesmerizing market places, walks and temples inside the fort just add to your impressionable experience for life, a must visit place .Oct 2022

The best possible rooms if someone wants to stay inside the fort. Service and hospitality is commendable. Food is great as well in terms of taste, quantity and price. The hotel is the best sunset point in jaisalmer so even if you are not staying here, do visit the cafe for the sunset. It's amazing. Thanks to Navin Singh ji for all the help with getting us autos at weird midnight hours.

The Hotel is well maintained, the Owners and staff make you feel very comfortable, and the food is excellent, more like homemade, fresh and very delicious especially gatte ki sabji and gher sangri. Staff is always present for assistance. Luckily when we were staying the owner Mr Pankaj and his family were staying there. He guided us for places to visit and was very warm and helpful. The view from the restaurant is superb specially in mornings while having delicious parathas. We stayed there for 3 nights, and our stay was superb, the rooms also got cleaned when we required. Staying at this place gives you an opportunity to stay in 900 years old fort, and still people are living in fort with their families.
We felt the residents of fort are also very warm and welcoming.
Definitely coming back again soon for the experience.

Amazing local food, cozy place and excellent hospitality..Victoria hotel is all you can ask for when you are travelling a new place. The staff at Victoria makes it a point to make your stay memorable. I and my wife visited Jaisalmer and had an amazing time starting from our check in to this room with the great view from the balcony followed by the delicious home style local food which we just loved. The place is well maintained and gives you the perfect vibe of a Fort. Overall a great experience and highly recommend to stay there.

The view from the top of the Hotel was spectacular. The staff were also highly welcoming and courteous. I highly recommend Hotel Victoria if anyone wants to stay inside the Jaisalmer fort.

Pankaj is an amazing host with a great team who will make your stay feel welcome and warm. This place is the epitome of hospitality and professionalism. We had an amazing time here. They were really nice and helpful throughout our stay here.

Nice hotel
Excellent location and view from the hotel. The service is excellent as well. Hygiene is satisfactory. Food is also satisfactory.
Only drawback is that cars are not allowed to access the hotel so you have to take an auto to reach there and will charge you up to Rs 300 for that depending on the number of Travellers and luggage.
