Lovely experience..Food and service was fantastic. We had our local friends with us so commute was not a problem. We could explore the jaisalmer city the entire day and come back in the evening... A must visit if you are going to explore Rajasthan.

The Serai at Jaisalmer was a dream location, the rooms are large and very comfortable, the service and the food are awesome, truly romantic, even though this trip with my friends! Most of all, our guide, who made the experience a memory to remember with great joy. He was very helpful and most of all knowledgeable about the culture, customs, history and the location! He went out of his way to make every activity special, the Jeep Drive, the camel ride, tea on the dunes, the special place by the oasis at nightfall,.....I will never forget this wonderful trip! Thank you all!

Nice, quiet and peaceful. The rooms are pleasant and the service is good. The closest city is Jaisalmer which is beautiful and definitely worth the visit but it an hour away from the hotel. It does feel as though you are in the middle of nowhere. The reason I'm giving it a three star rating is because of the sheer lack of facilities and activities on offer. Everything there is excellent but it just lacks things to do and is difficult of access.

What a brilliant experience this place was. I was invited here by a family member for an anniversary celebration. The whole place is the definition of luxury. The rooms are in a tent but that is the beauty of it. Super comfortable beds and large bathrooms. I missed having a bathtub though. Food is not a very big highlight but it’s okay. Activities planned along with the stay are great and this made my Jaisalmer experience a very good one.

Serai is a desert dream: located far from all the other camps, it is beautifully austere. The tents are luxurious, with bath and some have their own pools. They are tastefully furnished and very clean. The food is varied, so there is something for everyone. The staff is caring and the excursions are wonderful.

The resort and rooms were awesome. The staff specially have made all the arrangements before hand and was in touch with us throughout the stay. Very co-operative staff. The ambience of resort is awesome. Camel Ride was too good and the best sunset view.
