Main advantage is safe car parking, which is rare in old Udaipur City. Rooms are spacious, house keeping service is good, food is very good and has a small swimming pool. Location is excellent as all the places of interest inbthis side of city within a distance of maximum 2kms. Flip side is it's difficult to drive a car so walk or take autos. Lake Pichola view is awesome from the roof top restaurant. Many eating joints all round serving everything. Hard bargain in the market, especially handicrafts and garments. Overall a good experience. Hotel does not have a lift and a few rooms with lake views. Prices are a bit on the higher side due to location and parking.

Pathetic place to stay. Not at all recommended. Not at all worth of the money I paid. Room service Not available. You order something and they will serve after 3 hours ..rules like hostels no food allowed in Room. No eat able from outdoors. Staff is very rude...and clueless if you ask for something. You need to go 3 story up to have food. Reaching to this place is a nightmare. Overall rating 0.

Beautiful place,nice ,well maintained and big rooms. Real haveli with amazing interiors using antiques. Two story rooftop Restaurant is big advantage, it gives Beautiful view of lake and Sunrise also . Food quality and quantity both are good. Will definitely recommend this. Car parking is available.

Karohi Haveli is a heritage hotel in the centre of Udaipur City. All the important tourist spots are nearby including City Palace(500m), Jagdish Temple and Fateh Sagar Lake. They have 2 storey roof top restaurant overlooking the city with perfect lake view. Service might be bit slow but food was good. The rooms very nicely cleaned and whole hotel has a traditional vibe to it. As compared to other hotels in the main city, this is better as they also have ample parking area which many of the hotels doesn’t have.

This place ended up contributing to the worst experiences of my life. When we arrived, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. As a foreigner, it is extremely unnerving to have your passport taken away out of view for over 15mins for the check in police. Additionally, they changed our rooms without informing us, and when we asked about it they tried to tell us the other room was a better room: the room did not have pillowcases, the pillows were stained heavily with drool marks, hair of others in the sheets, no towels, no toilet paper, the door to the patio was not sealed and so a large amount of pollution (3.5 times above the WHO recommended amount) came into the room, and the AC was not working. When asked to have some of the above rectified, it took several reminders and an hour to be met. The hotel required us to purchase a meal due to a holiday, and this meal later resulted in severe food poisoning that resulted in me having to stay in the hospital overnight; I lived in Mongolia and had food poisoning and other sicknesses a bit there, and this was even worse than those experiences or I would not have needed medical attention. Lastly, after only 3 hours in the hotel, the pollution caused my boyfriend to have difficulty breathing to which he needed medical attention and was willing to leave the State after just arriving because of his symptoms; the staff showed no care or concern about the matter and continued to be rude and told my boyfriend they did not want to talk to him anymore. They did not want to provide a refund despite the emergency, and when the provided a very small amount back, they made it seem like they were doing us a favor. On top of what my boyfriend had to manage, and then later my experience of needing to go to the hospital because of their food, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in any establishment within India and various lesser developed countries as well. SAVE YOURSELF, YOUR MONEY, YOUR LUNGS, YOUR GUTS, AND ANY OTHER HEADACHES THIS PLACE MAY CAUSE.

It's a actual haveli from rajput royal family lines, awesome location. Sunrise from the terrace view was mesmerizing. The rooms give the Royal feelings. Staffs are very good. Each rooms are very spacious. Foods are delicious. U can have a nice view on Pichola lake, ganghor ghat. The night lake view with lighting us awesome.

Karohi Heveli is a very peaceful hotel 10/10,
People are very friendly. Ambiance, cleanliness, staff, food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) all very goood. Must must must try!
