Good Hotel to stay and eat. Their is more scope to improve services. You can have a visit no doubt but tell them what you want . They will definitely serve you in a best way, they can Do. Whole Staff is cooperative. You can book bunch of rooms for marriage or guests. The location is near TVS chouraha which is good location for a hotel. Has a facility of underground parking.

Visited the restaurant with family for lunch. They didn’t have anything ready for lunch. We were given the excuse that the tandoor is not on. Well, you are serving lunch and you didn’t lit your tandoor. We want to order naan but tandoor was not on. We ordered Palak Lehsuni and palak was not available because they didn’t order palak for lunch. Overall they had only few options available for lunch. Why don’t you have a separate lunch menu when you are only having selected items for lunch?
Restaurant staff was rude. The server actually shouted on my nephew and I had to interject. Is this how hospitality is run???
We left without eating the lunch.

very bad experience unprofessional hotel staff and management we booked meeting with hotel manager by giving advance. he provide receipt voucher of advance payment but after 1 hrs he denied to arrange meeting and told us our owner not agree in this amount which we deal. that mean owner involve in booking or miscommunication with hotel management due to it we suffer lot just because we send message to 50 person that was very unprofessional experience i recommended dont book any meetings if you dont want to ruine
