Regenta Central Mewargarh

This is such a wonderful place, especially the people who work here. I had forgotten my wallet at the room I had stayed in. I thought I lost it some place else, might have fallen out of my pocket somewhere. They contacted me to inform they had found my wallet. On request, they even arranged to courier it to my place- didn't charge anything extra other than the shipping cost. Every single thing in my wallet was as it is. Such honesty and service is rare to see.
The place is beautiful too. Swimming pool is well maintained and rooms are spacious and clean. All basic amenities and more are provided.

Experience about the Hotel was good, Rooms are neat and clean. We stay here round 4nights, food was awesome, we booked candle light dinner at roof top resturant, but we are facing disappointed about privacy, service and many more.
Want to appreciate the staff person whose name is Prem Singh that guy was very good hospitality, even the way to talk was good. I think management have to promote such kind of person for better services. Manager Mr. Sunder singh was also good. Ms. Sonia staff member at a restaurant welcomed us with a warm gesture

Just felt odd as soon as I stepped in. Doesn't have a four star hotel vibe. The rooms are very old and feels musty, everything feels old and used and the linens were brown and looked used. Just felt very dirty and is more like a 2 star hotel

Loved the property, the staff was also very polite and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Some points to be noted though,
• The Ac and mini fridge could use some maintenance.
• This property is around 8-10 km away from the centre station, that makes it difficult to commute late at night.
• The breakfast spread could have been better in terms of taste and variety.
• They should add bathrobe and branded toiletries , given its a 4 star hotel.
Other than this everything else was splendid, we didn’t face any kind of discomfort, luckily. 👍🏼

I am not sure why this hotel has 4 stars? Rooms, furniture, linens and decor is getting old and shabby. Staff at the front counter need training in customer service. Evening meals were not catered and serviced by single staff due to the large function in hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.
Only good thing going for the hotel is the great view of the lake.

This hotel is a bit outside the main city, and is comparatively new.
The property is nice and clean and the food is really good. We had opted for breakfast+ dinner here. The buffet spread was good and tasty.
They have a foosball table, carrom board and a TT table as recreation.
The rooms are spacious but have a fowl smell for the first five minutes.
Later, everything is comfortable.

The room quality is poor, washroom had a broken pipe and water was flowing everywhere. The staff refused to change the rooms and compensate for the time spent in maintenance. The restaurant looks good but the furniture is of bad quality, the chair broke down as one of my family member pulled it out to sit on it. I do not recommend staying here. Not worth the money.

I really don't know how this hotel is able to maintain its star rating.
1.) The attitude of the receptionist was really unprofessional. We had actually booked 2 rooms for a couple of days but due to change of plans we had to shorten it to one day, so we requested the receptionist to extend the check out time of atleast 1 room by one hour, for which the person showed so much attitude. The way in which he talked was kind of rude.
2.) The services were really not upto the standard. When we entered the hotel they were all eager to carry our luggages, but while checking out none of the staff came to ask if we required any help.
3.) Food was just average. Nothing really stood out.

Overall just an average hotel with staffs who do not understand the meaning of hospitality and service.
