Had been here for a stay of 2 nights wonderful experience in terms of stay & food. The hotel is a newly renovated one earlier known as Poonam Haveli ( locals mostly know this name ). The rooms were very very comfortable, big & clean. Got this at a very good deal! Parking is a concern as the approach road is really narrow and taking a 4 wheeler is a challenge. Rest every thing is amazing about this hotel. It has a beautiful roof top restaurant with a really astonishing view of the pichola lake. You need not go into an expensive hotel for a romantic outing or a candle light dinner. This itself is more than enough!!…overall an amazing stay & had a wonderful experience!

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The balcony was small and cozy with a nice view of the lake. The rooftop of the hotel provides are great view of the lake and food is great. Good spot for photography. Staff is helpful and welcoming and thank you to front desk Kanishka Singh and room service Hemant. Hotel is walkable distance to many famous spots.

Excellent stay.. rooms are also very nice and mainly, staff (the receptionist Ladies, mamaji and everyone) was very humble and polite. The place is just close to all landmarks. worth the visit, worth the price. Will definitely recommend it.

The stay was really pleasant, great staff and great services. Smooth checkin and checkout. Kanishka at the front desk was helpful and really polite. The owner, Raghav was really sweet and helped us navigate stuff around the city too.
Rooms were clean, room service was quick, great ambience.
We stayed at the heritage room, it was definitely one of the best, the aesthetics were great, it was worth the money. Prices were quite reasonable. Would love to visit again.

Nice rooms but not much difference between executive and King rooms.
Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean and nice, all things are working properly in rooms.
The hotel has nice view on rooftop.
Location wise its awesome as you can get all travel options within walking distance. City palace, Gangaur ghat, Jagdish Mandir and local shopping options are 2-3 mins walking distance.
Overall satisfied for 3 night stay.

Amazing palce to stay. I stayed in delux rooms they were spacious and clean. The only thing missing in room was mirror. Bathroom has mirror but no mirror in room. Rooftop view is amazing. There are two rooftops. Location is very good many tourists places are near by. Highly recommended if you want to stay in middle of udaipur.

We got the best category rooms (suite), it was very very spacious with best facilities available. The staff is very polite and helps you out in all way. Special mention to Hemant and Nancy for their polite and friendly behaviour.

Though the rooms were clean. But the facilities were not upto the mark.
1. No car parking facilities, because hotel is located in old city, with lot of congestion. This could be acceptable to one point, but not offering free pickup and drop services from common parking area is red flag for hotel.
2. Though they did their part of room service, but not refreshing it with an air freshener is another red flag. Bathrooms were stinky, and air freshener was ineffective.
3. They offered free wi-fi but signal quality was so poor, that it frustrated more.
4. TV was smart but poor wi-fi made it useless.
5. This hotel is new renovated but not completed, so they kept on disturbing their guests during the day as well as in night. This shows their lack of priority towards their guests.
