The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole fort and the rooms had the rustic charm. The washroom was modern, tiled, western toilet, running cold and hot water, enough towels and toilet roll. The room was cleaned almost every day and on request.

Coffee/ tea and breakfast was included in the rent. You can order lunch and dinner. The lady of the house, is an excellent cook. For breakfast, we had bread, butter, and jam in addition to traditional North Indian food. The lady of the house is a gifted chef and has an unique way of adding flavor to food without making it too spicy.

Great stay, wonderful hospitality, and excellent food and drink. I would come back again. I would recommend Mahansar Fort Heritage Hotel without any reservations

Like many palaces in Rajasthan, this one too is converted into homestay.Run by the original owners themselves its situated in a very secluded village. The feel is rustic, facilties are basic but everything is clean, the owners and staff are helpful

DO NOT EXPECT LUXURY
This place is kept in it's original form in all aspects. One will get very RAW experience so please do not go there and insult the place by comparing this with heritage stays converted luxurious hotels.
The help and the cook were superb and the host also offered me their cookbook, which is actually doable and good (with some corrections).

We had booked 2 rooms for a night. We reached the hotel with lot of hopes. To our surprise there was no welcome done nor there was any person to take the luggage, we had to take our own language. Food came after 2 hours, thinking the wait would be worth but we all were really put off so badly. Hospitality zero, I don't know how people have given good reviews. It's not 1 star. People do not waste your time and money it's really not worth..

I am shocked hiw people give 4,5 stars to this property, the place may be good four ,five years back but presently it is not properly maintained. Even the approach road is not tiled, the property is not even clean. When we enteredinto bathroom insects were moving on towels they provided.
The most disappointing part was breakfast which was included in room charges. thay provided us only some toasts and only four stuffed paranthas for four when we asked for more they sent plain paranthas with pickle.
When we asked for butter for toasts they told us it is finished.
We have stayed at so many hotels but never had such bad experience with breakfast.
Though the host is very polite ,dinner was good but he charged exuberant for dinner and tea we had there.
Presently there is no restaurant ,no outdoor activity, nothing .
We travelled in dark , a long distance to reach there but were utterly disappointed.
