Hotel Rajwara Palace Jodhpur

Stayed in this hotel during our visit in Jul 2022. The rooms are spacious and offer the city view with a great skyline. The staff is courteous and looked after us well. The breakfast buffet and lunch menu are delicious with a lot of options available. Loved the variety and the healthy things they added every day. The suite room is the best room with large space and amenities. (We got an upgrade to the business suite from the twin-sharing bedroom for free). We enjoyed our stay here. Everything is nearby and the location is rather peaceful.

The place was lovely and the ambience was good. The staff was friendly. The food was good albeit having limited options. The location of the hotel was good and connectivity with other tourist spots was also good. The wifi wasn't the best and could have been better but cellular connection was strong throughout the hotel. Room service was good and the room matched the description and photos. The bathrooms were clean and housekeeping was alright. Overall it was quite a good experience and would definitely recommend this place. I see myself visiting here again in the future.

Location is convenient from all tourist spots plus transport modes. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean and very spacious. Breakfast was good, sufficient options. Initially the towels & pillows were a bit dirty however after requesting the housekeeping they ensured we get the clean ones. Mr. Deepak at the reception was too sweet and kind while greeting us during check-in & also gave us late check-out since our train was late so thanks to him for all the gratitude. The entire staff is polite & kind. Overall a fantastic stay & would recommend this hotel at Jodhpur.

Visited this beautiful hotel a week ago. Was pleasantly welcomed by their staff as soon as I entered. My wife was carrying our 6 month old and had a bag in hand. My perception about the services were made when they insisted to help her with her bag. The Manager in the lobby area also offered us water

Spacious family suites with a 4 bed occupancy. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and have a 5 star vibe to it. Room service is efficient. The hotel roof top bar is also nice and has a calm beautiful vibe to it. They have breakfast buffet included in the hotel price and the attached restaurant serves delicious food at resonable rates. Hotel location is away from the market noise and yet there are famous bakeries and restaurants nearby.

We visited this place with a prior booking of the classic room. On arrival, we were given a room on the first floor and when we entered, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The ceiling lights were blinking and the sheets had stains. We told the staff about the same and they asked us to wait. After half an hour, they came back and said they cleaned everything. We went back but along with the cigarette smell, the room was smelling like a public washroom. They used the washroom cleaner in the room and it was disgusting to stay there.
We requested for a change of room and they gave us a room of a lower category where the washroom exhaust wasn’t working. They replaced that in an hour and made the entire washroom a mess because of the drilling. And for the next 1.5 hours nobody cleaned it.
We had checked in by 5pm and all this chaos went on till 8:30pm. We asked them we want to cancel the booking since you cannot provide a proper room. On this, they denied to return the advance we had paid for a 2 days stay. The receptionist is a very rude man. The hotel is pretty old don’t go by the photos. The rooms are shabby, the curtains smell, the washrooms are dirty, the sheets look like they haven’t been cleaned for a long time and the air conditioner stinks as if it hasn’t been serviced for a long time.
They charge so much but the facilities provided are pathetic.

We are group of 10 people staying in 4 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms are excellent, with good ambience. The hotel also has a very good restaurant with elaborate breakfast and other options. The hotel also has a roof top bar which is also very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The reception staff is not polite and helpful.
The bed was pathetic, the mattress was old and not at all comfortable. We were provided a twin bed room but we booked a King bedroom. On arrival we requested to change the bed/room as it was not comfortable, the staff was rude and non helping.
Room was not so clean, dirt markings all around the place.
Room was spacious, bathroom was clean, hot water timings were fixed as it was provided by central water heater.

Breakfast is also basic, not so many good options.
Location is good and close to airport and ghantaghar market.
