Ishwari Niwas Palace Bundi

Lovely heritage hotel in a tiny village deep in rural Rajasthan. The food was excellent, and atmosphere and gardens very tranquil. Rooms vary, you could be lucky and get a marble bed! It has a lovely pool with bar service to shed some of the travel stress and dust, and the evening courtyard with live local folk music and imaginative lighting is a lovely place to sip a nice G&T.

Charming little heritage hotel with friendly staff. The bed was good, but the shower cold. The place could use a lick of paint and some maintenance. The food in the restaurant was very bland. There is only free WiFi in the lobby.

Decent place for a night halt or for 1-2 days, rooms are old but clean, bathroom fittings are shaky, decent outdoor sitting area next to a small garden, ordering food from their inhouse kitchen is not advised unless you don't mind paying 300-350 bucks for a mix veg, Daal or an egg curry..

Quite neat and clean ancient haveli kind of feeling....Rooms are still having the same smell of old times.......May be because of rainy season or because of less use....Staff was very co-operative....Little overpriced ...but location and approachability is quite good..

Very warm and welcoming host a real feel of Home away from home, freshly cooked food was the highlight.

Nice rooms.
Staff is fully friendly. Rooms are comfortable and stylish. Adequate resources and space. We had one night stay but we had less beds in the bed because we were 7 but there only 3 beds. Seeing this problem, staff helped immediately and provided 6 mattresses to us. Since it was winter, they also provided hot water & other necessities.

Beautiful place and very cooperative staff. Palace gives a feeling of royal luxurious comfort. Owner is very cooperative and nice person. Bundi place is very good for tourism and stay. Overall trip was worthwhile and had a great and wonderful experience. Once again thanks to owner and staff for good hospitality.
