The rooms are good. Reception services very good, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Citrus. It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too.More

Food is awesome. We were served Buffet and everything was excellent. Staff is well behaved. Rooms are big and good. Location of the hotel is in good proximity. We would recommend this.

I can not even begin to describe how bad this place is. It is definitely not a place where I will stay given a choice. This was booked for us by a travel agent, and we did not have much say.
The room is old and dusty. Half the outlets don't work. There is no hot water shower, and the toilet is dirty.
AC unit can not be turned off. The room does not have a digital lock, and on top of that, you can not lock it from outside. You just have to just press the button from inside and pull the door shut. The windows have cracked paint, and it is hardly soundproof. The bed springs can be felt when you sleep on it. Pillows are soft and uncomfortable.
Everything in this room is old and rusty.
The only bright spot of this hotel is the restaurant. They serve awesome food and provide courteous service.
Unless you are in a bind, do not book this hotel.

Decent hotel with spacious rooms. We were 4 of us, the room had a King size bed and an additional single bed which was very convenient. They have writing table, 2 single seater sofas and side tables.
The bathroom has bathtub which the kids enjoyed but practically is not a great utility for the place as water spills and can be risky for elders.
They have an in-house restaurant and also a separate breakfast area for the folks using complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was good.

Pleasant stay. The amenities in the room were perfect. We came during the winters, so the rooms were occupied with hotwater facility and kettles at our disposal. The staff were very amicable and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were top class with quite a variety of dishes.

Chandra inn is quite a decent hotel that is affordable and has great service.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The washroom was also clean.
They provide drinking water bottles in the room.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
We got interconnected rooms so that was super convenient.
The food however was average but they have a good variety in the breakfast buffet.

Stayed here for two nights. Very polite and responsive staff. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Dining was good and they have variety of options. Overall it was a very good stay.

In our room, restroom's original handles were broken and a temporary latch was in place just like whatever you find in a public restroom which is a bummer.
