Super spacious rooms and bathrooms. Well maintained and clean. The quality and taste of food could have been better but not bad at all. The hotel is located in a good area. Wifi is available and packaged drinking water is provided upon check in other than the tea coffee sachets and electric kettle.

Taking away 1 star for the parking. Otherwise it’s a great hotel, and very reasonable.
But most important of all, they provided an amazing dinner, and the breakfast was great too.
Overall, the only complaint I had, was why didn’t they put the few jewels in their facilities to become a great 4 star hotel.

Booked the hotel for 3 nights. Overall rooms are spacious and clean, but there were more bad experiences than good ones that I will list down here :

1. We booked our stay with breakfast, but on the last day, they asked us for extra money for breakfast, saying that they can't see the plan with breakfast included in their system. When we showed them our voucher, they accepted and stopped asking for extra money.
2. Their wifi speed was just 1 MBPS, it was hardly something to do my office work. Because of this, we had to check out and book another hotel for our last day.
3. We spread rose petals on the bed that might have stained their bed sheet and they took 500 bucks for that, which I think is a bit too much.
4. We had to call multiple times to the front desk and then the restaurant separately for minute details like asking for cutlery. And still, they did not provide it to us until we went down and complained in person.
5. There were bed bugs that created rashes all over my body. When asked to change the bed sheet, they just flipped it upside down and used the same bed sheet.

All in all, they created an impression as if they were just on the lookout to extract more and more money from the customers. Not a good impression!

This is the most luxurious and grand hotel in Jodhpur city. Full accommodation and accommodation facilities are available. There are also great hotels for business meetings and family functions. My experience was great and the hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel food was very good

Nice and very clean rooms. Washroom are properly cleaned. Good and supportive staff. Will definitely stay here next time.

Stayed in Executive Room, 701, thankfully for one night only. Room is spacious and well lit but could be little better maintained but isn't too bad. Bathroom smelled and looked like the exhaust/ventilation wasn't working. Beds were good and firm and big, very comfortable. No place to keep soap/bodywash in shower cubicle. Restaurant is pure veg. Buffet breakfast 7:30-10:30am with limited options was good but cupcakes/muffins over at 9 am. Tea without sugar just didn't arrive till end. Single lift takes forever to come, teaches patience. Overall budget friendly place if you are willing to overlook few key things like bathroom smell.

Newly opened hotel and all the services as of now is just top notch, highly recommended especially the tea here is awesome (ginger tea) and for breakfast you can try their (vermicelli) and also their uttapam(so so). for dinner try out their dal makhani, paneer lababdar(khatai vala khatta), tandoori roti and jeera rice, its a must to have , overall very nice experience and highly recommended.

best part, it is at the center of all the prime spots including palaces forts and shopping areas and airport as well

It was comfortable stay, Rooms were neat and clean with all modern amenities, services are good. Overall good experience to stay and will definitely recommend our friends and family
