OYO 35374 Hotel Kanchan Residency

Hotel kanchan residency, just remember this name for the best hotel in Kota. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to kota. Will be back to this place soon..!!!More

It was a bad experience to stay at this hotel. It charged more than the double than it showed in online oyo app. The ambience was so ugly and found a used condom from the bathroom of the room allotted to me and my wife. No cleanliness and staff was also arrogant. Overcharged upto 3 times for everything. Overall BAD experience and will not recommend it to anybody.

After booking and partial payment from oyo they were demanded extra money for check-in.

Rooms were full of strong cigarette smell. Hard to get inside winth your family.

Not recommending to families to stay there.

Charging bisleri 30/-for a bottle.

The room was too much dirty, unclean. All the amenities were disgusting. Bedsheets were used and unclean, unhygienic. Room wall were painted by spitting. Ac was not working (it was just for show off). Television was not working (wiring was not there). Telephone for room service was not working. Room wall were leaking. Totally worst. Hotel owner seeking for extra 298rupees money. Then after he permits for checkin.

Don't book this hotel if you want to stay in the night. They don't allow food from outside and their menu is costly.I have stayed in room no. 207 which is just in front of stairs I had privacy some privacy concern and I requested another room which I didn't get. The room quality is also not worth it. I liked one thing here the staff is very good. They allow to drink in the rooms but don't allow to smoke. If you spill something on bedsheets you will be charged extra 400/-

It was worst hotel ever. Never ever book it. Hotel receptionist was impolite and rude.
Room walls, bedsheets and mattress are unclean and dirty. Preused bedsheets and pillows covers are their.
Rooms doesn't have ac and tv facilities. Not even proper lights.
Hotel manager seeking extra 300rs for checking. As i booked from oyo but after reaching to hotel for check-in, manager asked for extra 300rs.

They won’t allow outside food but the inside food is so so expensive ( most annoying thing one would rather stay hungry but wont order), every room they have has some sort of issue which needs to be fixed( geysur not working, water supply, electricity, door) Good things if you just going there for the sake of few hours then it’s good if you are planning to Stay for long period then find something else. they are decent in hygiene, if you are couple and requirements arent very high then go to this place its nice
