I booked two rooms with family on 19th Nov for one day to celebrate my parents anniversary, however, upon reaching we found that there is a marriage going on due to which most of the places were already occupied. The reception didn't bother to even inform us or guide us through the property. Service staff is nowhere to be found except in the restaurant area. The view from the rooms were amazing and room size is also good but overall not worth the value. The kids area had no staff and has no maintenance.

The hotel is so much more beautiful in person than the pictures on Expedia, they don’t do it justice. The hotel is a little away from the lake but it was nice to be further out at the end of the day. Everything is very clean and the staff are very helpful and kind as well. The food here also is amazing. We looked forward to breakfast everyday. The rooms are beautiful, I felt like a princess every time I came back to the hotel room.

The property is superb, well built and well maintained.
All staff are well trained and very cooperative and specifically the restaurant staff.
I was with my wife and kids but had never faced any issue related food.
I thank Mr. Aditya from restaurant staff who help us getting good foods and service.
But the food was below average need a lot of improvement.
Breakfast is good but other foods except desert is not even of average standard.

My recent stay at Aurika Hotel Udaipur was, unfortunately, a disappointment. My family and I had planned a weekend getaway and were eagerly looking forward to it, however, our expectations were not met.

The first issue we encountered was the room service. Despite requesting for items multiple times, it took an inordinate amount of time for our requests to be fulfilled. The lack of efficiency and internal communication within the management of the hotel was quite evident, leaving us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The most significant issue, however, was the lack of a GST bill. I had requested for it multiple times, but it was never provided to me. This not only resulted in me losing GST credits, but also incurred additional expenses, which was highly unacceptable. A hotel of this caliber should have had proper systems in place to ensure guests receive the necessary documentation for their expenses.

The food was another aspect that left much to be desired. Despite being a 5-star establishment, the fare was average and overpriced, which was quite disappointing.

Furthermore, the buggy service was not up to par. The wait for the buggy was excessively long, which was a waste of time and money. To make matters worse, we were left waiting outside in the cold, which was quite uncomfortable.

The staff's attitude was also a significant letdown. They treated us with indifference and did not seem to care about our comfort or satisfaction.

In summary, my experience at Aurika Hotel Udaipur was far from satisfactory. The issues with room service, lack of GST bill, average and overpriced food, inefficient buggy service, and poor staff attitude, all contributed to an unsatisfying stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others, and it is not worth the 5-star prices that it charges.

Ps. Our total bill for 1 suite room 1 Vista and Premium room was 2.5lacs so I suited best for this review.

Great property but lack of good service at the restaurant. We had to wait for 45 mins to get our breakfast order on our first morning. Considering they have 130+ rooms the size of the restaurant is too small to accommodate all guests for a buffet breakfast. Apart from that the food taste is also average. Amazing ambience & spacious rooms.

Had a wonderful stay at Aurika. The view from the rooms is just breathtaking and the service is also quite good. I would highly recommend to take breakfast+1 meal option, not only because the buffet is good but also since there is nothing close by. The hotel is about 5km away from the main city. The only area of opportunity for the hotel is there in-room dining which was surely below par and expensive.

It's a truly wonderful place. I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and this place is amongst them. The service from the moment we arrived has been exceptional, every member of the team has gone out of their way for us. The rooms are exceptional, marble everywhere and an extremely comfortable bed, the views are breathtaking. The food has been delicious. We will be sad to leave tomorrow. Thank you to every member of staff we are very grateful and delighted to have met you all. You should all be proud of this incredible hotel. Thank you!!

Overall experience was good. Staff are courtious and offered excellent services. Property is beautiful. Only issue is Ola/Uber guys do not come and they asks to cancel the booking and asked double money. It is situated outside city centre. Better to look for options within city. Like near Fatehaagar lake or Lake pichhola.
