Room size okay, but interior is quite old fashioned, Wifi not at all working and they asked me not to mention this thing in review. Food quality not that good according to the price. Over Priced. Services given by staff was pathetic. AC was not working and nobody care about that even I have complaint 2-3 times but no response from hotel. Only Chef Sohan Singh was supportive. He is the USP of hotel. Very kind and genuine person. WIFI Not workingAC not working. FOOD Not up to the mark. See the Scenery in the photo I have uploaded. it was broken and nobody care about that. that kind of interior they are having in their rooms.One Lady staff on reception was bluntly says NO to everyone for everything. no one will hear you here. Pathetic. Not recommended.

Nice hotel, especially for corporate visit. It has pool are, gym, and some indoor games, Hence it is economic pricing toiletry are charged separately here. You will get towels, coffe n 4 teas complimentary, and breakfast. Overall it is an excellent place will give a top class feel.

We met a leg piece during lunch buffet in paneer curry, very bad nd unhygienic. Must avoided this glorified hotel. Also overall service during meals are very bad

We had organised my sister's wedding event here. The hotel is good in terms of space and infrastructure but the food disappointed us. Also the casual attitude of many attendants in staff was a common phenomenon. It appears that many of the workers there aren't happy with their jobs and are only forced into it. Basically there's lot of scope of improvement in the hotel's customer service part.

Very poor experience They took advance money at the time of checkin and in return i got poor service. Dental kit chargeable Hand towel/moisturiser was not there in room - out of stock breakfast food almost finished at 9am. Slow service in restrau for filling food Low quality food/room GM/Sales Nitin Kapoor - way of talking/behaviour needs improvement
