Hotel Ozaki Heritage Jaisalmer

The house in question is brand new and in great shape. The rooms are enormous, and the bathrooms are nice and clean. There is also a water heater in the toilet. It's not too close to the main town but also not too far away. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

The comforts and luxuries offered are great. The best deals are available for rooms with air conditioning and extra amenities. It's a very nice place to be. The room is a good size and has all the basics, like a king-sized bed, an LED TV, a jetted tub with hot water, and a beautiful bathroom. Every single thing is perfect.

The bathroom was also clean. place to stay that is great Good stay. The staff at the hotel is helpful. I reserved an executive room with air conditioning. The people who work there are nice, and I liked the room. Everything about my trip was great. should leave.

Our stay at Ozaki Heritage Jaisalmer was very blissful. The hotel is very clean and calm. The owner and staff members are very flexible and are also very helpful. The pictures of this hotel doesn’t justify it’s beauty as it’s even more better in reality. The washroom of the hotel were very cleaned. It was one of our best experiences that we had because the kaji and all staff members are very welcoming and you would feel homely! I would recommend to have your staycation here definitely as it’s also very near to the fort and the main city area..!, All city sightseeing points are walkable It’s a 10 on 10 stay!

Beautiful hotel in a great place. There is a hearty breakfast, and the rooms are cleaned and taken care of every day with great care. The people who work there are the best in every way. Most of all, I will remember how nice Host Rishabh was to me. This is a lovely hotel with great staff, but I will remember Host Rishabh the most. The bathrooms were spotless, and the rooms were big and comfortable.

Hotel Ozaki Jaiselmer is a great hotel with a lot of history. People go there because it's a nice place to be. The staff was very nice and did a great job. It feels like something I know. In honour of my parents' 25th wedding anniversary, they did a beautiful job decorating the room, and the brunch was delicious.

I booked this hotel through Agoda with my friends. Once I visited the hotel on booking date they started physical fighting with me and one of my friend over the food prices and clearly denied to complete our check-in process for which we have already paid.

It’s was my entire carrier worst booking and staff behaviour experience. In the end I need to book another hotel for stay.
They don’t have professionalism antiquate at all to treat with tourist.
They look like local goons while the conversations.

Honestly it was a good experience staying with family both at the hotel as well as the desert safari arranged. Food could ve been better but was not that bad, rooms were clean and service was fast. Especially would like to mention Farhan and Hussain's name for the service provided,also for travelling. Location is good and apt for travelling local purpose.
