Amet Haveli-A Heritage hotel

Stayed in Amet for 3 night. The rooms are spacious,clean bathroom was also neat n clean. All the rooms have lake view the view is amazing. Restaurant in the hotel is open to all so it's difficult to get booking and they don't deliver at room if they are out of staff. The food is good nothing to complain the breakfast is also tasty. Location it's in narrow lanes so tourist cab drops us at ambe Mata temple from there we get auto . autos are readily available at Rs 100 .Staff are well trained.

We had an excellent stay at Amet Haveli. Loved the location, food, staff and the vibe of the entire place. A 350 year old structure which each room designed differently and makes you feel like you are a part of history with their grandeur. A hidden gem in Udaipur. Highly recommend their restaurant Ambrai…excellent food.. to stay here was the highlight of our trip. Thank you to the entire team 🙏🏻😊

Amet Haveli is a great place to stay with really cool Haveli rooms and Lake view rooms. The staff are really nice and accommodating as well. Beautiful decor and gives an authentic Udaipur vibe. Close to local shops that sell local products. The place is really beautiful and is comparatively affordable than similar lake side hotels like Jal Niwas.
Few heads up, the roads to the hotel are extremely narrow and it is better to walk than drive if you are not used to driving in Udaipur. If you have a local driver, then it’s not a biggie. They do have enough parking for customers. A minor inconvenience is the toilet flush- it’s very slow and you may have to push that button few times to flush properly. And if you are on a budget, you may want to avoid the hotel restaurant and better explore local restaurants. Win-win!

Very good experience, loved the hospitality, right from the reception to housekeeping to dining it was simply way too soothing. As the name goes it indeed gives you a truly royal haveli experience by the lake. Also this is one of the few hotels that give you almost all rooms with a lake side view. One thing for people planning for Udaipur, the city all across is very hospitable very kind and very welcoming for each and every visitor regardless of where you come from. ie. Within India or a foreigner. A kind feedback for the in-house restaurant Ambrai. The restaurant offers the best view and ambience and the service is good. The breakfast was awesome.

Extremely pleasant and memorable stay. Nice spacious lakefacing rooms and garden. Having meals at "Ambrai" the Pichola lake side restaurant with the dazzling City palace, Jagmandir and Gangaur Ghat in view was just mesmerising. The front desk and resort staff were all helpful. I would highly recommend "Amet Haveli " for a relaxed and heritage packed stay at Udaipur.

Spectacular view of the Udaipur city palace and lake palace from the open dine in area. Well kept gardens. The streets that lead to the hotel are very narrow and congested with buzzing activities. A get to know the real India experience by exploring the colourful streets that sell everything from artistically rich fabrics, the famous udaipur paintings, textiles, other artifacts and sweets. The main building is beautiful ❤️

Amet Haveli isn't just a hotel it's an experience in itself! The rooms were huge and so clean! The hospitality is beyond limits. Room service was spot on. All the rooms are lake facing and offers stunning view of the sunrise and sunset! The bar and the restaurant at the lakeside is a romantic spot. The hotel is situated in the heart of the old city of Udaipur and the roads are too narrow to drive. But on the flip side, this maintains the vintage beauty of this Haveli. I highly recommend this hotel since it's close to most tourist spots and offers luxury.

Food exceeds excellence. The quality is good- means the quality is really good.The Royal touch gives lively king like experience and everything is King size. Recommended
