Hotel Soni Inn

When you first enter the room, it's nowhere near to what you expect from a double bed deluxe family room. However, rest is good. Nice clean rooms, courteous staff. Super hot running water etc. However, they don't have a restaurant. So for hygiene food you have to take some efforts.

Hotel is ok. Room is decent but services is somewhat average.
Bedding in room was not in good condition when I checked in Hotel. I had requested to change the bedding and they changed immediately but that was in less bad condition as the earlier one.
Average. not satisfied with eminities. when you are traveling alon atleast you must get a place you can kill your boredom. but when your bed is not ok... then things get worst.

Worst hotel ever... Worst staff ever met... At the time of online booking we requested them for early check in but they didn't respond and when we reached there they said they will not allow early check in we requested them a lot because we are with our little baby then they charge extra and give us dirty room and when approx. 3 hours later we ask them for cleaning the female attendent there was so rude...never ever go to this hotel

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
