Very bad behaviour of staff. As well as room are wrecked when asked for room to be changed they told that the rooms no more rooms are available whereas i saw it myself that the rooms were available. I already paid the amount so i had to compromise. The room was too small had foul smell and was too dirty. It was not even worth the penny.

Quite shabby rooms with very little ventilation.

The rooms are messed up with poor wash rooms.

It's still value for money at sub 1k price point...

It's no more part of Oyo network as confirmed and hence quality is not good. Or was it by design they had be taken off their network.

Overall not habitable.

Pathetic, horrible hotel rooms and service!!! I had a nightmare stay here last night. I booked this hotel thorough redbus hotels as listed there as OYO 15523 Hotel JD Inn. As I was traveling with my in laws (wife, sister in law and mother in laws) I called hotel to confirm my stay. I booked 2 classic 2x rooms including breakfast as (max priced rooms listed of their hotel in oyo, mmt, goibibo apps). To my shock hotel denied my booking saying they have not got the full payment from oyo/redbus yet.

And there my troubled started with this hotel. Then i called redbus to escalate this issue. Redbus told me to raise it with oyo and given me pnr no. Of my booking. Upon calling the oyo they said they will sort this out in next couple of hours and I'll get the confirmation soon. After waiting for 2-3 hours i again called oyo as I have to make sure I will not face any hassle during check-in next day. To my shock oyo again said they are working on it will soon provide resolution at 9pm last night (nxt day check in). Finally i fed up calling hotel, redbus, oyo I decided to make conference calls with hotel and redbus CC. I could not believe in the conversation bw two (hotel and redbus) happened at 11.30pm. Hotel owner is talking with such rubbish to me and redbus representative. Finally redbus asked me to pay some extra amount to hotel and take refund from them by emailing the bill and that way conversation ended.

Hotel review:

When I reached the hotel yesterday at 3pm , hotel owner and his son was sitting at reception. They asked me to wait for 1 hour and rooms are not ready yet. I told them as they can see I'm with three ladies and they have reached here after 8 hrs of bus travelling from himachal. I asked them to provide atleast one room. I know from inside I have to suffer now. To my request they give me one room. I cannot denied check-in that time and search for another room as I was not feeling well and we have quite a heavy luggage with us. So I decided to take one room. I again called redbus from that room and told them the situation that only one small room has been given. Then I given the call to owner of hotel as asked by redbus representative. On this hotel owner got angry on me and said now you are here if I keep raising issue then he will not serve me and disconnected the call. Immediately after this call he provided me one more small room. I thought instead of arguing let's compromise as it is the matter of only one night.

After getting into room i ordered lunch at 4pm which is not very good. There is no glasses, water jug in room. Bathroom was stinking with no soap, towels or any other amenity. I passed my night somehow in loud hearings from other rooms.

Next morning 8,30 I asked for breakfast (complimentary) to which they reply they can serve me limited pranthas with either tea or curd. I said whatever just make it fast as we have to checkout.

I waited 45 minutes for my order and called again they said they are preparing the order. At 9,45 I asked again to reception if the pranthas are ready to which they replied their gas cylinder got empty and it will take more time. I asked them not to serve now as we have to leave to which they said in 10 mins we will serve the order. Finally they served the order at 10.30 with wet plates, cold tea and pranthas. Upon checking out with own self managing our luggage from 3rd floor (without lift) I paid for food, water. They even lost my ID card which i have given them during check in. I HAVE NEVER GONE THROUGH THIS TYPE OF WORST EXPERIENCE IN ANY HOTEL. IF YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH DEPRESSION I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR THEM. ALSO I DO NOT RECOMMEND OYO AND REDBUS HOTELS. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHICH TYPE OF CHEAP HOTELS THEY HAVE LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITES. I WONDER WHERE WAS OYO QUALITY CHECKS FOR THIS HOTEL. I ALSO ADVICE REDBUS TO DON'T GIVE ANY COUPON CODES TO CUSTOMERS IF THEY CANNOT PAY TO HOTELS.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND EMBARACEMENT FACED IN FRONT OF FAMILY.

OYO is the worst app to book hotels tbh. Rooms donot match even 1% as shown in the pictures on the app. 🖕🏻👎🏼

Horrible service the guy there was so ill mannered he was so stubborn that he dint allow us to check in where we had full paid rooms booked from Oyo and the booking was also confirmed. He kept arguing that he wants rtpcr test .we said we have full vaccination certificate but he was just so ill mannered. Never ever book this hotel . The worst experience ever.
