Overall Not a good experience. check in late night. first room which was booked was having paint smell as some painting work or maintenance work was finished. they have shown another room which was very small and stinky. than they have given us honeymoon suit. room was big enough but not maintained. Bed sheet was not clean. in bathroom lights were not working properly. this property require lot of improvement. though from reception area you can not imagine the inside picture of property. i am sure will not repeat this hotel again

Pros: The staff was accomodative in the restaurant. Food was decent. Cons: Food menu was repetitive. No hot water available at all. Even after repeated reminder to the receiption no one could resolve the issue and neither any one provided hot water bucket. Television was defective. Response received from staff that this is all across the rooms. Very disappointing. Bathroom was not dry when we checked in. Shower was defective so shower was not operational. Disappointed with the overall service and amenities provided. Should be downgraded to 1 to 2 Star hotel.

Room service is very poor. No one bothers to take care even on complaining. No hot water in rooms. No cleanliness. Washrooms are not upto the mark. Property is good but not well maintained. Even after saying that hot water is not coming, they said would provide hot bucket of water. Even after calling two times, no hot water was provided.
They were not even updated if we had breakfast included in our package or not. Not all, but some of the staff was rude.
Staff was not at all courteous.

Part of Group Tour - either we given worst room ever on the first floor
Pros: Their buffet breakfast and dinner was decent.The restaurant staff is very kind and take good care of their guests
Cons If you prefer clean rooms avoid at all cost ...their rooms are filthy and need deep cleaning...the bedsheets and bed linens were not changed after asking they changed but that was not clean...the bathroom were disgusting not cleaned when guests are checking in...and after requesting they did a shoddy job....the room wall adjacent to bathroom was badly damaged, damp walls, severe leakage. The entire hotel needs to be renovated they need to focus on cleanliness of property and rooms ...even a 2 star hotel would be better than them in terms of cleanliness

The stay was amazing, had a delightful experience with a hassle free checkin. Moreover I'd like to mention the hospitality of the staff was top notch and one of their hotel manager's ( Ms. Sonali Thakur ) was so humble that she especially came to our room on a request to tie a saree on my fiance. Loved my stay here. Will surely visit soon enough

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!
I'll consider this hotel as one of the below third class in terms of late service. Despite calling to receptionist for air room freshner, they had not turnaround in a quick time for a response. Room is stinky as I informed them to change the room but they said rooms are currently not available. No basic amenities, slow service, rude staff. Hygiene issues at it's best. Food is also tasteless. When I came first time for check-in there were already 2-3 customer's on reception counter for complaining about room service and other basic amenities issues. This shows the class of this pathetic hotel. It just looks good and decent from outside from the perspective of an ambience wise but poor late service. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. Wish if negative rating going to be available here then I'd have given that also. I had to change this hotel at the same day by near location. Don't spoil/ruin/waste your vacation and money out here.

The services provided by the hotel is pathetic. The room service needs to be reminded 4-5 times and then they fulfill your demand after 2-3 hours. I asked for a tv remote and got it literally after 24 hours. They are understaffed and when there is a wedding they will completely forget the guests that are in the room. My overall experience was not good at all.

We are happy to staying there. Rooms are looks like they are in need of repair and the walls need to be painted. the staff is very nice, responsive, everything is done on time. very friendly and pleasant employees. We really liked the kitchen, they cook very tasty! Seriously special thanks to the chief!!!
