Nice property. Very well maintained. The service was beyong exceptional. Staff was very humble and dedicated towards their customers. Will stay here again. Highly recommended!

Worst stay every in this hotel. I'll not recommend any one to stay in this hotel due to service is so poor. I have asked for water bottle, room key, comforter after check-in ( 12:00). they have provided comforter in evening. when I asked at reception.No dustbin was there. not even toiletries was available. they have provided when I'm asked them 3 times. every time I have called thy are staying providing in 10 min. not no one came.staff behavior is also very rude. that time feels very hopeless because I have done payment and paid extra for early check-in.

Rates of food are higher than quality... Staff is good.. over charging is too much.. As per standard hotel is showing they have to need improvement.. Rooms are good

Worst service being in a service industry. They never have keys for their room everytime they have to use master keys to unlock and wait for their staff to come and support. Dine in was priced so high and food tasted aweful not even worth it.

location is in city. what they show you in pics is not what you get.
The delux rooms are very normal. Rooms housekeeping is average.
bathroom poor. No hand wash. No tissue paper. No proper light. Buckets are dirty. when you go for shaving you will find no light on mirror.
when you ask for tea in morning 6 then u will get answer. you will get at 730am bcoz they don't have cook. Toilatries were provided when asked. Dish tv was recharged when requested. over all I am not satisfied. Very poor service and room facilities. Dy Comdt Arvind Sharma

Except the staff everything is pathetic. Rooms, bathroom, food, lenin and even cutlery are very dirty. Don't ever think to stay here.

Worst Stay of my Life Service Is Slow Waiters and Staff doesn't Understand Simple instructions. Food is also bad We have been Served Breads with Fungus. Rooms are also Not Clean Roller Curtain doesnt work Bedsheet are smaller than Mattresses
