Please activate the Wi-fi facility as soon as possible. I loved the cleanliness. The service was okay, need to work more upon the professionalism and behaviour of maid who took care of the cleanliness. She was a bit rude.

Located near to highway so convenient for connectivity but bit noisy also .Rooms are neat and clean at the same time ventilation is less. Overall good value for money.

very good hotel.gud location.gud staff.very clean newly built luxury rooms at best price.all taxi auto and buses available just outside the hotel.infuture i will stay in this hotel only in patiala.

average staying , Hotel authorities first asked how booking fees, why? then they provide me that quality room why asked how much booking ,I think they know the booking value then provide me that room this not right.

Initially I want to give 3 star but, I gave them 4 only to give chance for improvement to someone .
1.There are no drinking water in room
2.No toilet / bath soap and towel in bathroom
3.Blanket is not of good quality and not warm enough for comfortable sleep in such a chill of january
4. Hotel is on busiest road of the city, so Hotel management have to make some arrangement to prevent noises to come in rooms, e. g. Fresh glass work.

experience was good.. cleanliness and hygiene maintain in washroom. but room service landline phone was not available. water was payable
