Ramneek Hotel

Service is poor and staff + manager would scam people to spend extra money on basic amenities. Toilet is not clean and smelly. We booked 10 rooms as it was a family vacation and the ACs didn’t work. We were about to cancel the booking because of the temperature and then the manager called technician for AC. The staff would bring a bottle of water and would tell each time that it costs extra. Pathetic stay. I’d go to another hotel. I won’t recommend it to anyone. Please don’t waste money. Staff scamming people.

Checked in on 19th july 22, the rooms were smelly and damp. Toilet was unclean and stinky.
AC was installed on the wrong side so no cooling was reaching us on our bed.
But the restaurant was a must visit guys!
I can rate the restaurant a hefty 4 stars.
Kudos to the staff of restaurant.

House keeping staff is unprofessional. Ramneek hotel doesn’t know how to handle customers with respect. They’re greedy people and openly asking for tips without doing the services properly. Amenities not good and not at all clean. Mirrors were broken and chipped. There were multiple Power outages. Lights were dim. I’ll not go there again.

Staff is rude. Manager is scamming people. I searched online and called them and at first they gave me a different deal. After going there, the owner withdrew from his original deal and charged us more. Everything is overpriced based on their services. Rooms are in bad state.

Toilets are smelly and in bad condition. Staff is untrained. Manager and owner will try to add unnecessary charges to increase the overall cost. I don't recommend and will never stay in this hotel again. Such a negative experience for me and my family.

It was little stinky in the lobby and the light kept going. Rooms were okay but bathrooms were not kept in good shape. The jet wasn’t working, water dripping and shower wasn’t working either.
