they asked for extra money even after paying through oyo and i have to give them because i m in dire need of room for staying no complimentary breakfast was given .. they asked for 800 indian rupees which i have to give even after paying through oyo.. worst room

I have not even checked into the hotel. hotel marked me checked in, then they marked me checked out. when reached hotel they said no booking is being shown. I had paid full online. I have been charged full amount and irony is I have not even stayed in the hotel. Oyo customer support even didn't picked the call.. highly unsatisfied.

Firstly staff denied our entry as they said there is no room for the price.(we booked online)

As asked to show a room and then again they asked more than INR600 cash because they said room price is over 1200/
When we insist that we will not pay extra in cash then they book us in, but they were not happy , they gave us 1 towel to 3 people and 1 blanket .
When we asked more blanket then staff said that they only provide one blanket for one room.
Seriously !!
I am going to put same review in google and in all social media as well.
Its was worsen experience i ever face .
Staff include at check-in person and 2 other boys.

I had very bad experience there. No internet.no electricity in the morning on 20.8.2022 no backup. No water to take bath. No soap. no drinking water in the room. Arrange your own water bottle. No towel in the room. Behaviour of receptionist non cooperative. I have left Patiala on 20.8.22 at 6.30 AM & he was asking about to pay RS 40/- cash for Drinking water,but I did not pay as i had not get any water bottle. The room which was given to me room no.106, was without key. It is all about my stay at Patiala.

The hotel staff was very rude. Were asking for very personal details which they are legally not permitted to ask. The interior experience was very poor. It is the worst hotel I have ever checked into. They also charged extra amount for which they didn't justify.

The hotel manager denied the stay and forced me to cancel the booking saying that oyo is cheating them by booking at suchnlow rate . They demanded more money from me if i want to stay there. Worst hotel ever i can say.

Number one hotel and good clean room & best quality food.I like it all things.
