Lemon Tree Hotel Amritsar

We had a great time at Lemon Tree, Amritsar. We booked a suite for our stay. Clean room with a nice view of he city (haven't uploaded any photos) but I'll post the video of our suite. The buffet breakfast is good. Their swimming pool has the best view. In short we had the best time here 💫

Among the many lemon tree hotels, this was a memorable experience. Near to Amritsar Railway station ( around 1 Km), this hotel is suitable for both business & family trips. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, neat & clean. The service was top notch & the restaurant is definitely worth your visit. Kulcha was 😋.
Definitely would recommend to all visiting Amritsar.

The rooms were fine but I guess the bed sheet had stains so I am hoping the bed sheet and quilt cover was changed. There was dust in the corners of the room and the blinds in the shower were yellow and dirty. Toilet seat was also a bit yellow on the inside. I didn’t expect this from lemon tree. I guess the Amritsar branch isn’t maintaining the standard as required as I have stayed in other branches of lemon tree and I haven’t witnessed such dirty rooms. Worst part was the washroom in the lobby of the hotel it was disgusting and there were stains on the toilet pot. I will never book lemon tree Amritsar again. Breakfast was fine but the staff was a bit rude. As after breakfast I went to ask for an additional key as my dad had already gone upstairs and I needed a key to use the lift the lady on the reception asked me room number and when I didn’t hear at first she used a rude tone and said excuse me ma’am. I think lemon tree should maintain the required hygiene and cleanliness and the staff should learn how to talk politely.

Hotel rooms are pretty average and decent to stay. I would've preferred if the lobby was more appealing and comforting. Probably i visited in the coldest weather due to which the lobby was chilling cold and i was freezing to death. I have stayed in Amritsar hotels which have a very warm lobby and pleasant one. Breakfast was decent good. Special mention to Mr. Dinesh Sharma who was in night duty who helped and assisted me with quick resolutions and support until i checked out of the hotel. My father was diagnosed with a medical condition, he went all the way to show his kindness towards my family and even understood the situation and took necessary measures. Thanks to him that my exit was comfortable hence the 5* rating.

It is a decent budget experience. We had booked 5 rooms; However one of the rooms I received was very shabby. I have attached photos of Fungus on sheet and stains in the toilet.

Staff experience was hassle free

It was a mixed bag of stay in lemon tree Amritsar. It was great at the start and then in middle it spiral down due to housekeeping. Staff is excellent but just not consistent with their response for example the extra key card issue to. For double occupancy there has to be two key cards but they refused to give unless pressurized. Overall it's worth staying here for it's costs and good breakfast.

After 3 days of staying there I really couldn't wait for anything else than our trip to end. The rooms are decent, but the cleaning isn't what it's supposed to be. Mold in the bathroom and a broken apart hair dryer (at least it was working), no heating when it's cold. At least they got us a heater when we asked. At the restaurant someone doesn't pay attention when you ask something and get another thing. The bed at least was good for sleep. For the prices it has (accomodation in Europe places) it should improve. Breakfast was good and had a few choices that weren't so spicy.

Room was great but i couldn't set the desired temperature. Attached washroom was good but there was a constant spillage of water from the wet area to dry area. The morning breakfast buffet was very average nothing great.
The service, the reception staff, the food was excellent.
