GoSTOPS Amritsar Chatiwind Gate

A very nice hostel/dorm for solo travelers on a low budget. The property was clean and well designed. The room had AC. Each dorm bed has a light, 2 electric plugs/sockets, and a small fan. The luggage locker is adjacent to the bed. Bathroom has a hot water shower, Western toilet with toilet paper.

No bath towel was provided. It is charged ₹50 extra. I wish that was part of the accommodation booking by default.

The location is about 1km from the golden temple and takes 10-15 minutes by walk.

The stay here was pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfy. We needed assistance with some problems in our bathroom which were fixed right away by receptionist ma'am. The internet speed is good and most of all the common area is very attractive. The people we met there and talked to made our experience much more happier.

Good and friendly hostel. I was not really expected to stay comfy and well at the 8 beds room. There's a huge restroom attached and have curtains for every beds. Also you can get your own locker. Especially receptionist Seema was always smiling,friendly and helpful :)

Very good hostel option in Amritsar as rooms are clean. This property is big enough. The common area in rooftop is certainly very big.
Staff was very nice.
Their check out time is 10am and they are very strict about it. Normally 11 am is check out time everywhere and till 12 also nobody say anything.
This property is little far from golden temple but accessible.

Very helpful staff in the hostel. The private rooms are clean and if good side. Really like the location, with fantastic breakfast place just 300 yards away. Golden temple 15 mins easy walk, through narrow market lanes. Overall I am very pleased I chose goStop and will be returning on my back from Pakistan.

Excellent stay. Location is great and very near to golden temple. They also have luggage storage facility. Staff is very helpful and kind. The property is very clean. Overall I am pleased with my stay. Would definitely be coming back if I visit Amritsar again.

Golden temple and markets are at walking distance from this property.
Hosts and staff are very helpful , specially Sarabjeet, Ankur and Sumit.
The cleanliness is always maintained. loved my stay at this place.
