The fern residency

It's a budget hotel with nice location. it is on main commercial Hub of the city..
i was stayed at room number 210.. earlier my room was 308 was that room was small after my request they have changed my room. this room was specious.. staff was very helpful. Gym is not functioning. they also have good swimming pool and lounge bar.. overall good stay at this hotel.

Stayed for around 2 days during diwali festival.
Services were average but room were cleaned and well lit. Location is easily accessible and they also have shared parking space.

Its a reasonably priced good 3-4 star hotel. Nice location in busy business district. Lots of good restaurants and food options in walking distance. Staff customer oriented. Good breakfast. Kitchen staff very service oriented. Only negative point was that shower door leaks a bit. I would stay again.

if there would have been an option to give negative rating also I would have given them -4 also. It was one of the worst experience to stay in this hotel. The flush was not working in the first room. I got my room changed and especially asked them to check before if the flush was working in the other room. But again the flush was not working in the room which they gave to me. In the morning when I went for bath, the shower did not have hot water in the month of December. Also, both the rooms were not clean.
Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not value for money I paid. Small room, bathroom not properly cleaned. Housekeeping services are very poor.

Restaurant food is good but food price is exorbitently high.

- Food was very costly , it must be cheaper once as very nice food is available near hotel and in a very budgeted cost
- Prices of rooms are little bit expensive
- And if we r booking club room which is the best of this hotel and than u get to watch non hd channels in TV. How u feel.?
- Also special recommendations which I made for room decoration while booking on make my trip was not fulfilled 😭

This was best hotel I visited during my stay in amritsar...

Trust me room need lot of maintenance.Toilets too are in bad shape, stinking, no door locked, wall color are breaking up.Room lighting needs a lot of improvement plus the size it's way too small and hardly any space to walk.Only plus is the location. Centrally located near the mall road.Ask for front facing room before you check in. As they don't entertain once you check in even after room availability.The front office team will request for early check out if you are getting late more than 30 mins. Though they will accommodate your luggage in their office area.Sorry it's a 3☆ property for sure
