SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Amritsar - Hotel near airport road amritsar

If you have a budget of 2 stars and want the facility of three stars with a brand. This is the best place to stay.
I am a travel agent and always keep this hotel on my checklist.
Service is good
Food is superb
The manager is very good.
Great hospitality by staff. Specially a guy wearing black uniform. I forgot the name, he was polite and brief about the room very nicely.

Doing a long stay here, after multiple issues and letting go of them. It has come to a point where at the breakfast buffet they will refuse to make fresh tea, ask you to have from the bulk pre made thermos.

And the coffee machine is out of order since two weeks, with repeated complaints, they have not yet bothered to get it repaired.

I checked in when the hotel was empty and rooms were being cleaned. I was assigned a room temporarily and was assured that my room will be changed in a few minutes. I had to rush out for work and when I came back in late evening and asked for the right room, I was refused saying the hotel is sold out! All this after making full payment upfront. Woman Front Office Executive and senior manager are not reliable.

Pathetic house keeping services in the hotel... There is no water heater... And even if it is there it doesn't work... They will give hot water in a bucket like a jhopar Patti... Not worth at all.. the housekeeping staff will not clean ur room unless u request them 2-3 times... Not recommended at all... Waste of money and will spoil ur mood. Stay away from this property.

I didnt stay here. I stayed at other Surestay, but by mistake, landed here. The lady at the front office was the rudest ever receptionist I have encountered ever in my travel history. The front desk was unmanned for a long time - she arrived after a long gap, after which she turned us away in the most dispolite way ever.

Built with multiple features but service does not match the hype. Staff not helpful. Slow, confused. Hot water and AC in room is an issue. Heavy drilling/banging next door even after continuous complaint.

Good ambiance, good service, good looking rooms.

Its a good hotel with comfortable rooms. The front desk people were very courteous. We had a very good stay excepting that the housekeeping was not done and that put us off a big time. The breakfast spread was decent but the service is reeaallllllllly slow. One has to wait a long time to be served water also.

Would be a great place to stay in Amritsar only if the service level improved a notch.
