Treebo Trip Welcome Inn 2 - Hotel in Shivaji Park

Excellent location, very close to the railway station yet in a residential area. Expansive area of the property good for people with kids. Courteous and diligent staff. The facilities mentioned are all functional. Had a good stay, safe location

Food service is not good. They don't have their own restaurant or food service. They arrange it from somewhere else. We had to wait for around 1 hour to get dinner. 1 star for food service. Overall decent experience, not that good.

Horrible stay at the Hotel Treebo Trend SOT Agra. Washrooms, linen very dirty. Geysers with loose wiring. Stinking rooms. Very dirty staff. It is Hotel on 250 sq.yd residential plot.

1- No basic amenities..intercom not working.. Even for morning tea we have to wait till 8 AM and woke them up to prepare tea.
2- Rooms were very dirty and in worst condition. Even the door locks were in broken condition.
3- There is no kitchen in hotel, and they provide you chola kulcha in breakfast by arranging from some other hotel. Again breakfast is provided at 9.30 Am instead 8 am.
4- No hot water to drink.
5- Stinking bathroom
6- Tea was charged by showing the price listed in menu of their other hotel (welcome inn)
7- Rooms are built in such a way that one can not sleep properly due to staff or guest noise.
Parking is the only thing which is okay in this hotel. (4-5 car parking space)

Nice hotel and trained staff and best services and taj Mahal view in the room and terrace and food very nice

We book five rooms, out of which only two rooms are in good condition. Non cooperative staff, rooms not clean, three rooms are very small in size. Heater was not available in Rooms. TV also not in working condition. Only positive thing is it was in residential colony and very near to visiting points.

Nothing can be poorer than this.one of the worst hotel I have ever seen. No basic amenities,no intercom reception doesn't response. Bad experience.i will not stay next time in this hotel.

A very basic hotel that is setup in a house. Not very cooperative staff, rooms not too good. It us in a residential colony.
Something to take only if you get around 1200 per night.
