If I'm ever going to Bathinda again, this is the hotel I totally prefer. For a budget hotel, the services they provide are of high value! What I appreciate the most is that while I was on the way and was at least 7 hours away, the owner got a room booked for me in advance on request, so that when I with my family reach there, the check in and setting down for the night becomes easy. When we reached the city, there was a guard already provided to help with navigation, parking was done by them and so was cleaning the following morning. Check in was good, room was hygienic, room service staff was really good and so was the food. Plus the complimentary buffet for the morning was a big help. And all of this at a good price, what else could I ask for. Added to this, location is also nice. I really appreciate coming here.

Poorest class hotel with highest tariffs. On first day of stay, rain water entered into the room, they cleaned the room after so many calls. They asked us to shift to the other room. On 2nd day of stay AC in the new room got disfunctioned. Then they again asked us to shift to other room. In two days they twice shifted us to other room. Poor staff not litsening to any feedback of customer.

Very decent hotel for a solo stay. The staffs are really good. They are upfront and honest if there are any issues I'm the hotel. There is lot to choose from the dinning options. Room upgrade since th booked room was not available, no fuss about it. The receptionist was good and helpful.

Food was good , staff is also cooperative but it seems that their ambience has lost the modern touch & also the hall in which we attended the function has lot of pillars which blocks the view & doesn’t bear the modern look . So u have to adjust . Thanks

They have roof floor party hall and you'll be disturb by their loud music and it feels like roof about to collapse when the crowd starts dancing. Not a peaceful stay at all.

Cosy, comfortable and clean rooms, staff is educated and cooperative. Parking is an issue otherwise it's comfortable to stay
