Hotel Siti Castle

If I could give a negative rating to this hotel, I would give it a negative rating because it is a completely rubbish hotel, so much nonsense that I had to call the police in the night because of them, because they did not maintain their hotel at all, so much maintenance Not done, if you use their toilet, then do it at your own risk, should their commode break just by sitting and demand money from you, The room is also very dirty and smelly, I suggest you never stay here

Wan,t the good experience at all....expect the air conditioning not worked well....room was only Okay, basic services a water bottel, towel, toilet kit didn't provide even after asking, check is fine....had a wrorst experience...with siti Castel and Agoda.....

I have been to this place once before,, strange thing was there acceptance policy. During my previous they let me in with the local id and now they weren't accepting the local I'd. Once I explained it they let me in.
