Best Western Plus Jalandhar

Not upto mark for a 3 star hotel due to attitude of staff. Else it is a good property but management is very poor. Service is very very slow. Good thing is valet service , the staff at valet service was very polite and helpful. If management pays attention to manpower training and service quality it can be a property worth cost. With present infra it is over priced. Even 5 star hotels are better priced

Our recent experience for the stay was quite disappointing. Service was super slow. We had to make multiple calls for every order that we make. To add on to that, breakfast buffet was not upto the mark. We arrived at 10am and buffet was half finished and staff took forever to refill it, even water was served after calling for multiple times.
We booked an extra room on the spot, and were told that only suite room is left when in real, there were other rooms available too when checked online.
We usually stay in this hotel only whenever we visit jalandhar and always loved the ambience n staff but this time our experience was quite the opposite.
I hope you look into the matter so no guest of yours experience what we did.

The best hotel in town for luxurious and homely experience. I am from USA and stayed in Best western Plus for 36 nights. Hotel manager Mr Rajnish Sharma is such gem person professionally as well as personally. The kitchen Staff , serving staff receptionists, security staff they all together as team makes you stay very satisfying and won’t let you feel you are outside of your home.
I am really happy and grateful to all the hotel staff for making my India trip such cost and comfortable. For sure I will come back again and again in same hotel whenever I visit India.

This place is amazing, it has the best service you can wish for and nice rooms. It also has good quality foods and some of the best chefs and staff members in Jalandhar. Especially the receptionist at the main reception named Usha. you won't regret spending your 💵 time here.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Specially (Receptionist-Usha) They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jalandhar

Located right at entry to this big city. Nice place n marriage hall. Capacity not more than 250 as it gets conjusted. Food s good plus the management also.

That is my first stay here but this is a best hotel and providing a great hospitality to the guest and i wanna to come next time also. Front office staff is very polite, they serve me with very comfortable behaviour. They put extra efforts to make our stay more confortable. I will highly recommend to everyone to one and stay here.

No area for breastfeeding .... I was there for family function.. I have 4 month old baby and she is on breastfeed.. I asked hotel staff dy replied dy dont have any area and dy were not compliant enough to me. Poorest service to mother and her baby... What else can one ask for!!!! I had to feed my babywhile sitting on stairs.
