OYO 14832 Hotel Rooftop

Easy check in. The hotel owner Mr Navjot is very polite and helpful. He even offered his own car to drop us to market. Good clean Rooms, Couple/Family & kids friendly. Rooms clean and budget friendly.

The hotel is very good with hygiene and clean rooms n bathroom. They also provide hot water in the evening upon request showing good customer service. All ac, tv, other amenities working properly they r giving dot less linen no smell very good service in budget amount... Must visit

After booking it we reached Hotel. But the guy in the reception rejected to guy room to us because they already gave our room to someone else. He also threatened us told us to leave asap. Please don't book your stay here. Not safe for couples and family. When i told him i will complaint about them he told me do whatever you want to do "Property Owner" told me to not to give room. When i contacted OYO they told me they can't do anything just can able to cancel our booking. Worst customer service ever and completely fraud Hotel.

Very dirty rooms, you can't even close toilet doors as you can stuck in it for hours ( i was stuck in washroom for nearly 1 hour). They will give you used blanket, no cleaning, no clean bedsheet, Zero '0' hygiene. I'm gonna claim my money back.
All i can say that there should be negative marking for this kind of hotels.

I had booked a room online via Agoda's website for a check-in on 17th December 2020. On reaching the property as per the designated time at 10:50 pm IST(between 10-11 pm IST)I was told by the person at the reception, bearded guy, they don't entertain online bookings, which he checked with the owner Navjot via phone in front of me. On asking why should the customer face the consequences his attitude changed getting aggressive and said to do whatever you want to do. Having worked in the hospitality for a good 5 years have never seen such a turpitude attitude from the so called 2 star hotel forget comparing them to Marriott, which the receptionist stated that they have rooms for 10,000 as well. Huh! If you can't treat a client in the first place stop evangelising yourself. Worst representative ever I came across, being the face of the hotel doesn't even know how to talk. Tera rabb hee rakhaa bai. I pray to waheguru dev ji to put in some patience and sense in your mind so that you don't mete out the same treatment to any other client!!!!

I request all, never book a room in this hotel. I had a very bad experience there. Very small size rooms, poor quality interiors and no room service. Even they don't provide cup or glass in rooms. Moreover, hotel is situated on 2nd floor and there is a gym on 1st floor, therefore loud music started vibrating my room floor since 4 am in the morning.
