The Cabbana Resort and Spa

Went there to attend an event. This place is simply beautiful, well maintained, neat and clean. The interior is very beautiful, one will definitely need few moments to check the details of each n every decoration or even lights arrangement in the halls n open area. There are lush green gardens which are very spacious. The halls are very big with high ceilings, lights, big chandeliers, alot of lights n huge painting are hanging on the walls. Washrooms are very neat n clean and well maintained. They have a very good management team, I attended an event with 1500+ attendees, there was no delay in the food and it was served quickly n they handled the crowd very well. Food was delicious too.

Hands down, the classiest and the best place to be at in whole jalandhar. The ambience, service, food quality is unmatchable and by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Also, I’m very thankful to such supportive team for providing us with best in class experience for my wedding functions and making them most memorable ones.

The property has well-appointed rooms with all possible amenities. The staff is eager to help and provide services beyond their regular charter. They proactively check on you and go out of their way to make your stay better. The food was delicious, and breakfast will quickly become your favourite meal. Bottled water was both free and extremely useful.

Manoj in the restaurant was fantastic always smiling and pleasant. Words cannot say anything other than this. Food was great and staff great and also pleasant. Don't change this area which was brilliant. Will definitely come again. Bedrooms need upgrading

Stayed for a wedding. No hot water as staff is like no need of it. Dryer was choking. Smelly room. Untrained staff. Started ringing room bells non stop at 9 am. Useless property.

If you are coming from the United States be weary of this institution. I will say the staff is excellent they are doing the best with what they have but the deferred maintenance shows at this place the bad: our bathroom tub was corroded, the bathroom had a leak and the shower had a clog, the pool water was brown. The hallway on the second floor smelled moldy, the air condition didn’t work for most of the nights there and when it did work it only went as low at 20 degrees. You could tell this hotel was great 10-15 years ago but now the age is starting to show. The good: it’s the best hotel within the location the security is 24/7’s the front desk staff was welcoming, the lobby and the dining areas were maintained they do have a gym with some equipment that works, the do have oversized pool tables and a spa and make up area. Grounds are cleaned daily.

Great resort, beautiful rooms are there. Destination weddings are also hosted. Infrastructure is great. Though a little bit costly, but good for special occasions

Food quality and service is also perfect... It's a sure shot recommendation for wedding and other functions.
