Had charged for water bottle (which was supposed to be complimentary). The receptionist person dint even bother all at said you have to pay the amount,not recommended to others at all.

Harjit Residency is a good option to stay in Sambalpur. Hotel Harjit is just 2.5 kM from Sambalpur Station and noticeable from the road. Communication is very good. Room are spacious, Clean but the overall property is less maintained. Complimentary breakfast is good but options are limited. This hotel has a good restaurant but foods are overpriced.Good Hotel to stay for 1 or 2 nights... But I was there for long 1 month. Food quality is good but overpriced as compared to the market of Sambalpur... Housekeeping service is pathetic... Barely cleans the bathroom... Sometimes the towel contains stains of earlier use... Hardly change the bedsheets... Probably they don't wash them...Nice Hotel in the Heart of Sambalpur. Tariff is very reasonable and room is neat and clean. Car parking also available. I had also organised Birthday Party of my son here sometimes ago. Spacious hall for 40-50 persons gathering. Food provided by Hotel was also delicious. Being a lower middle class person I always concerned/commented on price/tariff, because it matters. And the facilities and services provided by the hotel is reasonably priced.

Located at VSS Marg, Sambalpur, only 5 mins drive away from Railway station and 10 mins away from Bus stand. Good for corporate guests, they provide complementary breakfast here. Food quality is quite good and service is also fine. Rooms are of old type but still good and maintained. Recommended for a nice stay.

Such a pathetic stay at Harjit Recedency they don’t have business ethics, don’t have proper sanitation, Ac was not working, Geyser was not working, food was pathetic and no words about the rooms ambience it was stinking like a cattle farm.
