Hotel Royal Kalinga

Pathetic experience, Service Issue as per booking, No Security, Rude behavior, Room # 102 provided which is too small approx 150 Sq. Ft. total.I entered the hotel at night 2 AM without any pickup which was mentioned as complimentary and without anyone intervening at entrance, as no one present at the reception and the main door was open... I search for my room from my own as my co-partner already checked in. They denied to give extra mattress with extra person charge as suddenly one of my friend met and he also willing to stay for the night with me... after several request finally hotel representative who was sleeping beside counter gave me one blanket... only one available at room. Breakfast was really pathetic as after 8 AM morning they provide puri-sabji only with tea which was too unhealthy for 2 persons. Dinner was served last night for 2 persons. No complementary sealed bottle water given ... after request they provide 2 bottle of local water which was too-smelling. We adjust from our own which taken from outside. Dirty washroom with one extremely dirty window inside the room which never open.

Rooms are good. No lift. Restaurant is there, taste is average.

Cool stay but lunch is good & easily accessible for train and bus station

Good hotel at a good position. Not a big but cute. Cuisine service is good. Behaviour of staff are ok

Good place to stay with family. Great location, great amenities, rooms are clean and spacious, very good parking space.
Only downside is service availability. They will serve you only after 7am in the morning. You won't get even a cup of tea before 7:30 am.
Good for family stay, no issues at all.
