Ambica Lodge Koraput

Enjoyed a three days stay with them in September, 2018. In the hotel booking apps it shows as HOTEL AMBIKA HEAVENS, KORAPUT. The hotel stands in a great location : it is like inside the town but away from the crowd. The Town bus-stand, markets and other facilities are nearby. The best thing is, it is at a walkable distance from Shavara Srikshetra, the famous temple of Lord Jagannath. Gundicha Temple is just adjacent to it.
They have very good restaurant and that pulls a larger numbers of customers. Being at the intersection of two major roads it offers a scope for a leisurely walk.
The owner, manager and staffs are all good and friendly people.
During my stay, cleanliness of premises was a minor nuisance. But at that time the hotel was under renovation and I hope they are now a better and more presentable place.

I visit here during the Jagannath rath yatra and i found it very useful for the visitors especially in Goncha festival

The food is good but the table is so sticky.. and not clean properly

Worst hotel ever faced .
Ordered for special paneer Hyderabad curry.
I found some bone pieces in it. After complaining to the hotel manager also no proper action against the cook.

Very bed quality rooms the all equipment of the rooms are not working
