I would have loved to say good words for hotel, because their hospitality is great. However , several maintenance issues exist with hotel rooms, like lack of thorough cleanliness in drawers , closets and under-bed. Faced overflowing bathrooms issue due to clogged drains, after which i was offered assisted relocation to other room. My friend, staying in other room faced leaky roof and alley. The place needs to understand that maintenance issues and foul smell doesn't wane by simply pumping air purifiers, rather deep action is required.

Now the credit where it is due -- The rooms offer minibar, serving chargeable alcohol and snacks. Free minibar also exists in room. Hotel provides in-room morning newspaper. Food quality (i ate buffet) is good. Staff is nice and they serve good. Complimentary pick-drop provided, and drivers are very polite and decent.

Pls step up your infrastructure maintenance. There is tough competition around, and you cant excuse low maintenance for costs.

This hotel has tremendous potential, but management will have to sweat out efforts.

Experience can be better. There is no temperature control in rooms. Quite strange that ACs of all rooms are controlled centrally. Breakfast was good variety but cleanliness needs to be imroved a lot.

The hotel is located at a very convenient place for parking and eating outside. The staff are very polite and helpful, and the service very prompt. The buffet breakfast was good and has decent options.

The rooms needs better maintenance and need some renovation as one can clearly see that that the wooden panels, electrical switches, etc. are quite old and need replacement/maintenance.

The hotel boasts being 4 stars. The room was in very poor condition with furniture worn out, bathroom taps, and sink broken. The swimming pool was dirty due to a lack of cleanliness, which was not suitable to use. I booked a room via MMT and got the worst room. When asked about it, the receptionist said , "You get what you pay for." I paid 4.5 k for 10 hours , he said, "we give that room only for online users, here you have to pay more. " Completely unprofessional and unethical service. The food was good but again very late service. Overall, it is not recommended. Hoteliers and staff really need to work on their skill.

Nice location, tasty food and well mannered staff. Good ambience, restaurant is not very big but not cramped. Had dinner, Cost is slightly high. Buffet as well as Ala carte available.

We had come here to attend a marriage reception.
So I can't explain " how should the service given by the hotel".....for more information u can contact them from Google.

Not a very pleasant experience.
Service is very slow.
Food is horrible and overpriced.
Irregular flow of hot water in bathroom,when complained about it,they did not resolve the issue.

Poor service, old hotel, dusty area, no window in the room, rude waiters. There are better options for this price.
