We stayed here as a nine-member family (ages 18 to 75). The hotel is centrally located and within 15 minutes drive from the major tourist spots. The lobby is beautiful and huge with very comfortable sofas.

It was the first time I stayed in a windowless room. It felt weird and a bit uncomfortable because we are usually used to looking around the hotel room and then going straight to the window to check out the view.

Of course, we had chosen it ourselves because windowless rooms were cheaper, but it was the first time I saw a hotel offering this type of a room. Then we realised why. The entire hotel occupies the back half of a mall so windows are only possible in the rooms in the back of the building, not those sharing the walls with the mall.

We also had two upgraded rooms with windows but their windows also looked into the interior of the mall.😄

However, the rooms were large and the interiors fairly luxurious (3-star quality). And we returned only to sleep at night so it was okay. We overslept the first morning—we are used to being awakened by the morning sunlight through the room window, and this room was pitch dark with all the lights turned off.

The bedding and linen was clean and comfortable. The restroom and shower was quite posh with all the usual amenities and toiletries. They switched off the hot water at night but turned it on on request.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The food was delicious and the restaurants Breeze and Zaika were nice as well. We did not visit the bar, DJ-club and spa.

The hotel seems ideal for conferences and meetings as they have several halls. But I would also recommend it for families for a couple of days' stay.

Very Poor coordination & hospitality of the staffs. I have informed earlier that I will have early check-in at 7am but during check-in they asked me to wait then, simply denied by saying "Manager didn't allow to allocate roon". I immediately cancel & moved to better hotel.

Very good property to stay. Mid of the capital, posh area. Has got shopping mall in it along with KFC and other food zones. One of the best place to enjoy with your family. Never feel boring. Will suggest to travellers to stay and enjoy.

ZERO Star would be appropriate. Fungus and Moulds everywhere. No maintenance and disgustingly dirty property. Room stinks. Bathroom are dirty, reception is dirty and broken. Breakfast area is full of moulds. Even the dishes they serve is mouldy dirty. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Still they call themselves 4 star.

I stated here last week and had a bad experience.
I am not sure why they are given 4star credit. It's not worth to be a 3star. It's an old hotel with no renovation done. Not maintained well. Bathrooms are not cleaned. There is no welcome drink they offer nor provide news papers to rooms.
There is no way we can manage the temperature of the AC in the room.l, and even the panel was broken.
There are no cupboards to place dress just a small shelf.
And all those are loose and provides a creepy noise.
They provide a 25ml small bottle shampoo, which is not sufficient for one person to even bath. They don't have something like a fixture inside the bathroom. Bathroom doesn't have a bathtub which is normally a must on a 4star hotels.

Luxury rooms. Food delicious. Roof top resturant is amazing. Overall good. But food delivery in room was late. It took more than 1 hour.

We're bound to write a review as it saddens us how a 4star hotel can be the one where we stayed?!! The slippery floors where if a little water spillage occurs can result into fatal incidents. The rooms with no ventilation at all were nothing other than suffocation to our lungs and us as well! For getting any help or assistance we had to call the reception multiple times! It was a really though and saddening experience by all means. The amount we paid and the service we received was heavily disappointing! The food in the restaurant is not at all suggested even if it's free of cost! The overall experience was worst and would never imagine of staying ever again here!

Attended a party,on 3rd floor(breeza).A portion of venue is open to sky.The air-conditioner in the other part is not at all functioning properly which can be a nightmare so ensure this before booking. The Quality of foods served can be graded as average. Can not accommodate more than 150 gathering.Too much support service staffs making the function messy. The best part is it's location.
