Very worst services. In the name of AC, only looted money from customers. If demand for drinking water at reception, very late service & provide used bottle. If someone think for a party there, it's not good. We have faced a lot of problems there. Basic facilities not available there. My advice - not to go for marriage function or any other celebration inside the premises or hotel hall. Very very poor quality services.

Loacted right in front of Govt Bus Stand, the place offers boarding, lodging facility and even hosts ceremonies like small to large scale marriage, birthday parties, etc... It houses a restaurant named "Bagicha"... The serving time was quick enough for basic dishes... Taste of food was good... Restaurant could be kept a bit cleaner...

Taps of wash basin located in front is of very lower quality. Water of one tap throws towards the others. The front grass area is dirty. The throw aways of the previous party is still lying on the grass.

I never expected a good hotel in Sambalpur with a reasonable price. The hotel was renovated a year ago. The hot water to the bathrooms are connected to centralised heaters using both solar panels and electricity. Therefore after opening tap hot water comes after draining 2 to 3 buckets of water which I didn't like because of water wastage but liked as they use solar rooftops for heating the water. Well maintained garden in the lawn. Inner and outer view of hotel is great.

Worst experience. Rooms & service are below par wrt tariff. Staffs need to train themselves to improve. Recommend to check the room standard before deciding for a stay in this hotel.
