Usual water is totally salty
Totally unsuitable for use
If u gargle ir mouth u feel salty
The manager is not so friendly
Totally irritable.
But Aroma in restaurant service is too good

Rooms are clean. Hotel staff clean the rooms and bathroom every day.
Owner and staff are polite and helpful. They care for the guests. Generator is available and 24 hour water available. Net tower problem is there in 1st and 2nd floor. 3rd floor net connection is OK.

Room clean spacialy bathroom. Water salty. Staff are good behaviour. Resturant food not good from mama vagne resturant.

Food was amazing. I ate best quality food in swargadwar.

We were in room no 206 which is a four bedded room. It was quite big. The housekeeping staff were quite prompt. Everyday mopping of floors were done. Washrooms were cleaned on every 3rd day. Bed linens were changed on every 3rd day.

Room no 209 was a double bed room , very gloomy. The keep up of hotel needs to be done. Reception is quite lazy. Kitchen is outsourced , hence quality of food and service is poor. Billing of food were either less or more. We had to keenly check it every day. Would not want to stay next time.

Worst. Service is very poor. Water is salty, bed cover is totally unclean and dirty. Price of food is too expensive. A bad smell is there in room Never come here. One more thing, bring a soap from home coz this hotel has no unused soap. They will give you a used toilet soap.

Unhygienic rooms with unclean walls, floor and bedsheets. There aren't covers for the blankets. The bathroom door in one of our rooms don't lock properly, no geyser. The entire property is not maintained. The mopping of floors is done for the sake of it. Please avoid the restaurant here. Food is outsourced. Walk to "Tero Parbon" and have your food there instead.

Worst hotel I have ever stay trust me they don't provide blanket with cover .the rooms are dirty.staff behaviour bad . I will never come again worst hotel .I am very much disappointed ☹️
